We loved this place! Went back for breakfast 3 days in a row. Take the staffs suggestions - they don’t lead you wrong. Breakfast sandwich was a hit, but get the amazing buttery biscuits instead of the English muffins. Apple cake was amazing. We got cookies for our hikes and they held up in our packs but still were soft. Just excellent. Favorite place of the whole trip. It gets busy after 8am - so come early if you want a table inside gaurenteed, but plenty of outside seating if the weather cooperates.
The biscuits and gravy were delicious! Ordered at the counter but they brought the food to the table. As pricey as everything else in the area, so no complaints there.
Great place to grab a quick breakfast with many food and coffee options. The breakfast burrito was awesome. Would highly recommend!
Ordered hot chocolate and avocado toast and it was pretty good.
Came her for lunch after spending the morning in Denali. It was crowded, but line was moving quickly and tables were clearing out quickly. You place your order at the register and they bring it out to your table. Service was very friendly and helpful. Ordered The Denali Platter, Breakfast Sandwich, Biscuits and Gravy, and the Bohemian. Also, ordered a slice of banana bread and a cookie. Everything was brought out to the table within 10 minutes made fresh and hot. It was a simple breakfast, but everything tasted great with homemade and natural ingredients. Midway through the meal, the cashier stopped by the table to tell me they refunded me a meal as they accidentally charged me twice. With the many orders, I didn't even notice, but definitely appreciated the honesty. Once done, they ask you bus your table and return the dishes to one of the stations. It made things more efficient and also a home feeling. Nice place to come for a meal while visiting Denali. Good food and service.

I ate here twice in the same day and honestly it was so good I could have had every meal in Denali at the Black Bear.
Loved this little place. A little hard to get a table, but the coffee, the eggs, and their house potatoes were amazing! The staff is very friendly too, and they had a good spread of scones, cookies, and cakes. Would recommend highly for breakfast in Denali and Healy.
If you want the 100 year old sourdough flapjacks get there early. If you miss it the biscuits and gravey are delicious.

Outstanding coffee, brunch, atmosphere and service! Love the local art for sale on the walls. Delicious Happy Bowl. Ethiopian house blend coffee is spectacular. Super friendly staff!

Delicious! I bought a slice of the sweet potato bread or cake, not sure what it was called. I also got what looked like a giant thumbprint cookie. Kind of like an oatmeal cookie with jam in it. Both were absolutely delicious and wished I had gotten another of each. I had a cup of hot chocolate that was very good! I would love to have the recipe to both of the things I ate!!

Outstanding food and drink quality (Brunch). Not just for Denali - would also be considered top-shelf in a foodie city like Austin. Well worth the visit!
Made fresh and made well. Despite being busy, they didn't just slap stuff on a plate. You can tell everything is made with the same level of care and pride. Had house coffee, blueberry muffin, and breakfast sandwich. All the ingredients are top shelf. Staff was super friendly and love their work.
So excited for gluten free and vegan options here. Wish they were open longer!!

Great vegan and vegetarian options. We loved the avocado toast and the veggie bowl. Coffee is exceptionally good. Nice staff and great location. Portion size is on the smaller size for the veggie bowl. Avocado toast was pretty good.
