Lately been disappointing. Food isn't consistent. Yesterday went in and didn't have teas. That's all I drink. My husband drinks coffee.
Best coffee in Anchorage by far. We have many locally owned coffee places that fall in second place, but steamdot beats all by quality, passion and taste.

Their menu is confusing for a non-coffee connoisseur, but the barista helped me figure out what it was I really wanted. My carmel latte was delicous, and my daughter loved her Hot Chocolate which was the perfect temp for her to start drinking immediately!
It felt good to get back to SteamDot since having last enjoyed their coffee in 2019. As on my previous visit, this visit found the employees exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable about the coffee they were serving and how to best prepare it. This is the kind of specialty coffee shop I seek out when I travel. If you enjoy coffee and all its nuances I highly recommend you sample the offerings at SteamDot. Great baristas, great atmosphere, and great coffee.

Local coffee roaster close to the airport, recommend the stop! They also make their own baked goods, scones, muffins wtc, some gluten free!
Rude staff, always burnt coffee, good design but the first two problems ruin the atmosphere.

Hands down the best coffee in town. Im there 5-7 days a week and they are always happy, informative on the coffee, and passionate about making the perfect grind and cup of coffee!
