Great place for some lovely coffee, tea, snacks, and a place to relax if you can find space. I odered their Steamdot Mocha, and it's wonderfully tasty. I'd recommend picking up a quick coffee or sitting down and taking time for yourself, work, all while enjoying the beverages.
I ordered a mocha, which was made with ganache- which sounds like it would be interesting and good, but the coffee was lukewarm and didn't taste like a mocha, it was more like a bland lukewarm hot chocolate.
Great coffee pretty busy with a wonderful atmosphere. Should give a shot.
The coffee and the staff are the best part of the shop. Obviously that's what you want in a coffee shop. They are not as fast as other locations but it is worth the wait. Quality is always worth the wait.

I had gotten the drip coffee omg it was delicious! I forgot to ask what kind it was and to see if they sold those kind of beans. When I go back to the mall I'll go in to Steam Dot and get another cup of the that delicious coffee and see if they have the beans for sale! I hope they do! Happy sipping! Delicious thanks Steam Dot!
Why does your coffee taste burnt?
I ordered a very expensive 16 oz soy mocha. The unfriendly cashier said it's still has milk. I got a warmed up cup of milk with barely any mocha. It wasnt even hot. Worst service ever with kids that have absolutely no customer service. 😒

Blah! Some of the worst coffee I’ve ever tasted. See, this is why you can’t trust Google Reviews. Get 1000 city bums and put them in a Clarion hotel on a freezing night and suddenly a dumpy Clarion hotel has a 5 star review. Same thing here. There’s no way anyone with civilized tastebuds would ever give this place anything better than a 2 star review, but it has 4.5 stars. No frick’n way! I took two sips of the coffee to make sure I wasn’t $hit’n myself on the first sip and walked it straight back to the poor girl behind the counter put it down, telling her why I was leaving and walked out the door to Starbucks (not the greatest coffee but far better than here). The only reason this place was saved from a 1 star review was the friendly service and the atmosphere although not great, also wasn’t as dumpy as their coffee. At the heart of every coffee shop is their coffee. If you can’t get that right, I don’t care what else you’re get’n right, you won’t earn my business.
I forgot to pick up my drink and the batista remade it for me so it would be fresh and hot.
Not the friendliest service. 😞 And slow. So make sure you aren’t in a hurry.
I ordered a steam Dot white mocha. It wasn't as sweet as I expected but it was still good. I'd recommend you give this place a try. Nice environment.
Really good coffee and the customer service was amazing
Great coffee and great staff. They were very helpful for out of towners and gave good advice. Very friendly. Very much enjoyed our experience and will be back. Reasonably priced selections as well. Would have liked to have taken some merch with us but no tshirts or hats. Still a very good place for a very good coffee.
I went there today 08/09 and experienced a bad service. The barista who’s making my coffee filled my cup that my coffee is overflowing. I asked for assistance but no one help me. I just left my coffee there because it was so messy to drink and sticky.
The staff here is great! Steam combines good service, good coffee and a pleasant atmosphere to slow down and catch your breath for a minute or two.
The hot coco is not great, and always cold. Plus, they don't offer 20 oz servings.
The staff is friendly and kind. The coffee was great. Nice atmosphere to sit and talk while drinking coffee.
