Short girl with long black hair and thick, fake eyelashes was extremely rude.. coffee was pretty basic.. definitely won’t be back.

I would never go to this location ever again. It’s not the first time I’ve encountered such rude and condescending attitudes at this coffee shop. They made me the wrong drink, I kindly told stated that I wanted it hot, she then responded rudely. As she started to re-make the drink she began to blatantly bad mouth and vent to her co-worker. At which point, her co-worker looked at me and stared rudely. Unprofessional. I’m all about supporting local businesses but not with this type of customer service.
Their always fast, the ladies are always in a positive mood, hyper, and love to talk. My kids love their hot chocolate, they even get whipped cream with sprinkles on top. Perfect coffee, amazing customer service, and great people. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
Yum yum in my tum tum. We have ordered from here about 5 times and each time the mochas were yummy. They are tasty, fast service, easy to see the menu for ordering. Its worth checking out.
My go-to coffee hut on the way to work. Occasionally a couple of the baristas over fill the cup so that even with the lid on there's a little bit of spillage on Anchorage's wonderful roads, but that's my only real complaint and it's really not nearly as bad as if they under filled the cup.

Literally was dying from mid-day nappies. Passed this stand and sadly had .50 cents to my name. Luckily I like black coffee. I told the barista my plight and humbly asked if she'd take my 2 quarters. Talk about renewed faith in humanity. Now, I'm not saying bankrupt this stand by making ridiculous offers. I am saying, that a stand willing to cop a deal for an excellent cup of steaming black, then dont hesitate on your morning search! The customer service is outstanding! Yo, boss! Give the barista working at 2:30pm Thursday, February 15, 2018 a raise....or recognition!
Convenient location next to the Seward highway. The girls are all very nice and the coffee is always great.
I will never go there again. Two males were at the window passing a joint back and forth with the barista for 20 minutes while I waited behind them. I didn't get to order or even get acknowledged by barista.
If you are picky about your lattes (like me), go here. This is the best coffee stand/shop I have found in Anchorage. Great friendly service and most of all, they make darn good lattes & mochas. They make sure to steam milk to the best frothiness and do not let the espresso shots expire.
Brought my bean here for a snack and to try them out. Lived in this area for 6 years or better and always passed them by, even when they had video rentals. Great service, even engaged my wee one (free candy didn't hurt). Very fair prices, although not being a coffee drinker the menu was very foreign to me. Specialty drinks means coffee, note for self. TL:DR very pleased, would do again.
