Good coffee close to my house. What's not to love about that?
We were loyal customers but our recent visit was a letdown.
I am a regular customer here. I am sorry to say we won’t be returning anymore they jacked there prices way up first off it was 8.00$ for a 20 oz iced and they put so much ice in it it’s gone in like 4 sips I feel like I was ripped off. It always taste good but it isn’t Starbucks we shouldn’t be paying this much for Steam Dot coffee…
First coffee shop I’ve been to where you can order a hot coffee and it doesn’t burn your tongue and kill most your tastebuds for a week. You don’t have to wait 20-30 minutes for the coffee to cool down just to be edible. I can order a hot coffee and drink it right away And it is the perfect temperature. And just for that, 5stars and I’ll be coming here for now on.
Pros- The girls are very sweet and friendly and although the card machine wasn’t working I got my food and drink half off when I paid with cash. Cons- I got a burrito and there were large undercooked potato chunks In my food. And the espresso in my coffee was burnt tasting… Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be a returning customer…

My 3 yr old lab has been dealing with the loss of his best dog friend he's known since 8 weeks old. Over the past 2 weeks we've had a morning ritual begin. " Want to go get a puppicinno and see the girls?" Not only does he jump in circles in excitement but he grabs his own leash. As much as I don't mind driving there with the windows down in 27 degree weather for him to co pilot.. it's all worth it. Beau and I agree the women who work here are not only amazing at what they do, but overall amazing people as well. I highly recommend them for a great java and a friendly caring person who serves. Keep up the great work!
They never failed me, until today! Ah I’m so upset how they made my coffee. I tried To go back and they refused to remake it without charging me for a second time. I get It gets busy in the morning but if they did the drinks the way people ask them to, they would have customers coming back unsatisfied.
Sat in line for 35 minutes to buy a hot drink which was cold and the girls were so busy flirting with the guy on the other side that its took almost 15 minutes for me to get my 2 drinks because she was having a complete conversation with the guy on the other side. This is the second time I've been there and the last. Great disappointment. I'd rather drive farther and get something done right and faster.
Perfect hot cocoas
Excellent food. I had the bacon cheese burger with fries and it was great. I highly recommend you stop in for a quick bite. Great friendly service as well.
Anchorage has more espresso stands, per capita, than anywhere in the U.S
Been going here for many years. I hate to change my review because it makes me sad. We have sat in line for 30 to 40 min every weekend just to get a coffee for the last few months I'm not sure what the problem is. Are the machines not working properly? Customer volume went up? Not sure but it sucks. Coffee is good but I don't want to wait that long for my coffee anymore.

Great experience! We had a big order and everything came pretty quickly. Coffee, smoothies, and food were all cheap and very good! Best berry smoothie I have ever had. Definitely recommend!
