I love my cup of Heaven in the morning! The girls are super quick and friendly as well.
Super nice baristas, but I was pretty disappointed to see my breakfast croissant was microwaved inside of the plastic wrap. I know SOME plastic wrap is safe to use in the microwave, but it should only be used to cover dishes, not touching the actual food itself. I prefer my food without the extra toxins. I also didn’t get cream in my americano like I had asked. Other than those two things, I think it’s a great place, just needs a couple minor adjustments

Overpriced! Two coffees and two burritos that were cold in the middle. Got our order wrong. Spend $32 for nothing .
I get the Iced Chai Tea Latte w/ almond milk & the ladies are always so sweet & welcoming every time I come by 🥰🙌🏽

Love this coffee shop! Went through there with a larger order on a Saturday and the barista was so fast, even with a line on the other side of the building moving also. Wonderful service! 👏

16oz americano…..that will be $3.50. What!?!? That is over priced. Better be really good. This taste bad. And my cup smells like mold. 👎🏼 Steamy mold every time I take a drink of my nasty overpriced coffee. 🤢🤮. How do you have regulars?

I have worked as Barista myself so I know a polite and friendly customer service goes a long way. I have no idea why the baristas had to be rude this morning. Inform your face your happy the customers are there. I asked if they could cut a muffin for my two kids, and I was told they couldn’t do that. What?!? There was no line and two baristas. There are lots of other coffee shops and I will have to patronize other ones.
I’ve had mixed results here. Sometimes the espresso is very good - never great, I suspect an off brand roaster - and sometimes it is merely better than terrible. Baristas can be alternatively very friendly, or very cold and almost annoyed that you showed up. Sometimes the drinks are pretty good, and other times, like today, you get a latte with no foam at all. Overall, it’s like a different coffee shop every time I go. One day it’s a two star with rough espresso and a poorly made drink by a disinterested barista, the next it’s a really good cup and a friendly barista. I’d like to move this rating up, because I hate to hurt them on their good days, but I suspect that management needs to invest a little bit more into training both in customer service and barista skills.
They are always friendly and work hard at getting the order right.
This coffee hut is unassuming but extraordinary when you try their coffee and meet their friendly staff! I had an iced americano and it was the best I’ve tried. The coffee is top notch here!
Definitely worth the stop along Otis Speedway 😉 Kim served me the most awesome iced Mocha (biggie) to get me on my Mother's Day drive. There was no crunchy bits in my coffee like some places serve you ... friendly service & the price is right ❣🌺☕
I stop here every morning to get my coffee. All of the employees are amazing and it is the best coffee in town.
