Went here last night with my mom, 5 mins before closing. The worker was really kind and still served us! We got 2 delicious peach smoothies with handmade whip cream. Definitely recommend coming here!

Horrible service the barista's feel it is more important to talk to their friends in the drive-through and to yell out the window to go around than it is to take care of paying customers.

Arrived at 9:50 pm, before close and asked for a frappe, the girl working there told me that they shut down their blenders before close.. lol what? Y’all close at 10pm that means serve me before you close. “‘My manager told me to shut down our blenders before close” lol shut down your blenders?? Huh..? Anyways, used to be my favorite place and came here all the time at the same time usually never had an issue. Lazy worker..

Was one of the few consistently good coffee huts for a long while. Last three times, there was someone new. The first time was bad so I asked for a remake, but nothing changed. Tried a couple more times and no luck. For reference, I always order an iced or hot oat milk latte. The barista tried to convince me to use flavoring.. though I do not see how that would help.

I love this coffee hut! It is my favorite in anchorage! They make Kaladi’s coffee so well and have a variety of delicious flavors. If you are into sugar free drinks, they have lots of fun flavors besides just the classics. I especially love their sugar free peppermint paddy flavor— it’s delicious and high quality, not artificial at all. Their cold brew and lattes are the best in town and the service is great. Come for double punch Wednesdays! Coming to this place always makes me happy.

Ordered a 16oz latte with one shot and a regular 24oz latte. Some new guy put one shot in each and refused to add the extra shots to the 24oz, remake it or give us a refund. Quality has really gone down the drain the last few months.
