Barking Bee has some of the best coffee I've ever had. The staff is great. If you go, try the Ethiopian Medium Roast.
The staff were so knowledgeable and the coffee is brilliant. I was most impressed with the simplicity and how natural the honey lavender syrup is made. They literally steep lavender flowers in a simple syrup and honey. I could taste how fresh and natural it was. Coffee without chemicals! So refreshing!
Great team and great coffee
We love the coffee here but the hours are highly unpredictable. I went at 12:30 on a day they close at 1pm and the door was locked. It was a Saturday. We were so disappointed. We aren’t able to come on the week days so now we have to wait. This is not the first time that the door was locked when the sign stated they should be open.
I stopped by Barking Bee to grab an iced coffee before I went to shop at the thrift store right around the corner. The staff was really friendly and the coffee was delicious! It made for a nice morning momma shopping trip! Highly recommend!

BEST coffee I've EVER had, and I've had a lot of different coffee in my life! I make it a point to get coffee from here as much as possible, and I've started getting bags of coffee to have some at home too. My favorite is the medium roast Honduras coffee. Absolutely LOVE this place, and highly recommend everyone try it! 10/10 ❤
Veteran owned coffee shop! This was truly an amazing find! If your are near Birmingham, Trussville or Warrior you should definitely stop by. Coffee was delicious both their hot and cold brew! A special shout out to Matilda for exceptional customer service and tremendous knowledge of coffee. Truly a coffee connoisseur! Skip Starbucks and Dunkin and stop by Barking Bee.
My third visit and the coffee is great. Very friendly and nice staff.
I went by today & got a Pumpkin Spice Latte. The worker explained that they made their own pumpkin spice syrup & I am very impressed!! It really tastes like pumpkin & doesn’t just smell like pumpkin. If you are burned out on all the other places Pumpkin Spice Lattes, get you one from here. I promise you won’t be disappointed!!
Their pastries are amazing barking bee is not that expensive I will return in the future.
It’s so affordable and tastes amazing. I only wish it had been there when I was in high school! I look forward to going there anytime I’m on that side of town
Very delicious coffee
Clean, fun little coffee shop. Seating inside and out. Water bowl for your dog outside. Clean restrooms. Great service. Most importantly, excellent coffee.

These people are so nice. They also use pasta straws , they do have some biodegradable cups.Coffee is roasted there and put in rice paper bags. Love that they are helping the environment.
The coffee was pretty good! Unique little spot in Pinson. Glad they put a coffee shop. Been here a couple of times and it is always good. Friendly staff.
Nice coffee shop covered front patio with a few tables. Love the coffee just a hint of pea berry taste. Easy location to find. Highly recommend
