I used to come here all the time, needless to say that came to end when my order was made incorrectly. I left the order and requested a refund. I was advised by the worker that they were not trained on how to provide refunds. The owner called me and stated he was on vacation with his family and would have the evening worker to process the refund. I never received a refund and didn’t have any products to show for it. Will never support here again. The consistency and customer service is not there.

Amazing food and coffee! I went when they were closed, wasn’t aware at the time, but the amazing barista still made me a coffee anyway. If I’m ever here again, I know where I’m going.

We’ve tried Hole in the Wall a few times for morning & evening meal services. Each time, we’ve experienced extensive wait times to receive food (30min for breakfast/1hr for dinner). The food is good but management needs to either improve the serving process or better articulate the expectation for delays when advertising their business.

They were not busy when we arrived but got busy shortly after. We ordered and got parts of our orders 20 minutes apart. I ordered a coffee that came after my food, so I couldn't enjoy it with my food. A friend ordered a muffin and waited 45+ minutes and was then told they were baking more. The runner/server never said anything about it cooking just that it was coming. She gave up and just got her money back because the rest of the table was ready to leave. Great to see a small business busy but would like to see better service and a cohesive oder come to the table. Don't expect quick service and plan to spend at least an hour there.

Tried to stay local, but left hungry and feeling like we made a bad decision. Nice people but really poor service. It was obvious that they can only handle a reasonable number of people, and today was too much for 3 employees. Extended waiting times and total chaos made it easy to go elsewhere on Saturday mornings. The quaint atmosphere must be supported with good quality, fair portions, and organized service. The menu must be accurate….

Such a quaint and charming place! The decor is eclectic and welcoming. The baked goods are different and freshly made every morning. We had a pecan praline muffin and a brown sugar cinnamon muffin with a maple cappuccino and a Columbian latte. Everything was so good, my fiancée got an extra drink to go along with a junkyard biscuit (it didn't make it 5 miles down the road). Friendly people and fantastic menu!

I purchased one iced caramel latte. It was too tasty so I had to buy another! Great coffee, atmosphere and staff make for a great experience. My wife and I will be back next time we’re in Montgomery.

The Hole in the Wall is one of the friendliest coffee shops I have ever visited. The staff is professional and quick to make the patrons happy. If you want a great cuppa coffee, visit the Hole in the Wall, and while you’re there, enjoy their wonderful pastries and quiches. Yummy!

I don't know how this place has all 5 stars. We own a Coffee Shop, and any time we are out of town we try to find a local Shop with great reviews to give them a try. This shop was quite a drive off the freeway but the reviews drew us there. We got 2 16oz. Drinks (that is there largest size they offer) and not only were they the MOST EXPENSIVE coffee I have had, but they were hardly drinkable. I asked for mine to be 110 degrees and it was easily over 160 and hardly had any coffee taste (maybe 1 shot of espresso). My wife ordered a dirty Chai Latte. I think they made a Chai Tea with water and added some milk to it, plus they charged an extra $2 for the shot of espresso. We don't even charge $10 for two 20oz. Lattes which comes with 3 shots of Espresso in each. Needless to say.... We were Very disappointed. Now I'm curious if this review will be deleted and that's how they keep keep 5 stars

This is such a sweet, welcoming coffee shop! The quiche was delicious and the service was amazing. They serve Prevail coffee which is just all around good coffee. Also, the surrounding area is stunning!
