Went in there for a cold brew and two other coffees. Ended up costing $15. I’ll let them know that my cold brew tasted like a trashcan, they told me well that’s what I ordered. It tasted horrible and was not cold brew by any means. I wanted them to remake it, and they refused and even refused to give me my money back. The coffee tasted like it was made last week and was very putrid. A nasty chalky after byte as well. Very rude and disrespectful workers as well. Thank God Pell City has a Starbucks that knows how CUSTOMER SERVICE is Suppose to be like! Bye! Disputing this charge with my bank!

You really should take the extra 5 min from the highway and get coffee from this amazing local shop. On a weekend drive down 20 we decided to go just a bit further for coffee and delighted we did. It was a charming place the moment you stepped in, coffee made by a stylish owner, and fresh baked goods.
Fantastic coffee shop. Normally, you'd only find a place with coffee this delicious in a big city. The espresso is very smooth, even without any flavors. And the baked goods are so fluffy and flavorful. I went here yesterday by myself and ended up talking to the owner a good bit while he was making cupcakes. My wife and I went back today and just had to try some. They were outstanding. I've been to many coffee shops across America and this is by far one of the friendliest. Even the other customers that stopped by when we were there wanted to talk. Great spot! If we make it back to Talladega someday, and I really hope we do, I will definitely drop by the Pell City Coffee Co.

I used to live in this area 20 years ago and would have killed for a local coffee co. like this! So, imagine my surprise last week when I stumbled onto this gem with TONS of sugar free drink options and 2 cases full of scrumptious baked good! I’m so glad Pell City has such an amazing coffee house! The coffee was fantastic, as was the muffin. And the service was top notch. Well done, Pell City Coffee Company!!! I wish you’d been here in the 90’s!!!
Great place! The people are great, the coffee and food are great, and the shop is very clean and has a good atmosphere.
Recently moved to Pell City. I have heard great reviews about this coffee shop. I purchased 3 strawberry and 3 banana walnut muffins. Very stale. Not good flavor. Very disappointed
Love this place!! White chocolate mocha and pecan muffin are my favorites.
Got 3 different drinks: lime cherry limeade loaded tea which has a nice blend of lime tart but still sweet, dutch chocolate milkshake which taste exactly like chocolate icecream, but had a slight powdery after taste, and the third drink was a tiramasu shake which taste reallly good and doesn't have the powdery after taste. Overall a good place for healthy drinks that have a great taste. With all three drinks combined + 15% tips it cost $28 which is not bad when it comes to healthy drinks now a days. Stopped off on a road trip (about fifteen mins before closing) and while Jasmine was friendly, the other barista wasn't (was short with us when we were asking if they had cold brew), and the cold brew and latte were both just okay. Wouldn't come back (some coffee shops' espresso + milk combos are awesome, this one's was fine -- was done after a few sips), but glad we got to try the place out!
Decided to come here today to try it out since Starbucks lobby was closed and they only accepted cash . So I came here to the pell city coffee company. Staff was friendly, coffee was amazing. If I could give 10 stars I would . Only suggestion I would like to see is a online website linking their menu here on google or even a picture of it . However they were very fast which made up for them not having a drive-through .
