The young lady made our unbelievably delicious sandwiches as we ordered and they were ready by the time I paid. The drinks are excellent as well and the service is top notch. I will be spending entirely too much money here. One of of top favs in Ozark for sure.

I’m from idaho and I am in the area at Fort Rucker to see my husband. I wanted to try a local coffee shop and decided to try Loose Brick, I was not disappointed at all! Employees were very welcoming and happy to help. I had them pick my drink for me and they picked a Rainbow Redbull, DELICIOUS! I was then offered to get a croissant breakfast sandwich, I couldn’t say no and glad I didn’t! Very yummy! The environment was very clean and cute! Great vibes all around between the customers and staff! I will absolutely be back before I head back to idaho! I highly recommend checking them out! *********** It was such a great place, I came back with my mother in law once she got to town. Today I had to bring my husband, son, and mother in law one last time before we head back to idaho. Thanks so much Loose Brick!!

Loose Brick Coffee is a huge asset for downtown Ozark and Ozark in general. The food is amazing, the staff is friendly, prices are reasonable and they are community-minded. They offer free Wi-Fi to anyone who wants to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while they work or study. I love seeing a table full of students studying together. It warms my heart. Keep up the good work, Pam, Steve and staff ... you are all amazing!

Chill and cozy environment, clean bathrooms and a nice sitting area to look over the square downtown. Seriously can't beat the club Sammie on a cheddar bagel. My fave. And I'm stuck on the iced WCM. The flavorings are imported and better than typical coffee shops. Homemade pastries and bagels with Boar's Head as the signature deli stuff

Friendliest staff. They remember your name and your orders. Baked goods are all fresh. I think Loose Brick is better than Starbucks hands down. Food is wonderful, better products. Environment is friendly and clean.

Not a big fan of the short hair cashier girl that is supposed to give friendly customer service. She seems uninterested in being at work and helping the customer. But love everything else about this place.

We stopped in for a coffee and a croissant. Husband got a double espresso latte, and I got a chai latte. All were delicious however why does there have to be mostly ice in your cup? To me that was too much ice for the costs of the drink that you get. All of that ice takes up volume that could have been replaced with the actual chai tea. All together it seemed like there wasn't even a whole cup of tea in there. Update: Owner- Your sarcastic response has been noted. Try better grammar, more empathy and a less "so what" response to customers that try to keep you in business. We can get our coffees elsewhere, and spread the word as to how much you care as well.

Great place for a drink of your choice and a good book with a pastry. Service is excellent and ambience is awesome. Love the old world brick. You got to love a place that's in an old 1800s building and they fix it up just a little bit. It keeps the charm and history for everyone to see. Great coffee house. Young man knows just how to make my coffee. You must visit if you are in Ozark Alabama. Excellent and highly recommend.

By far my fave coffee, because the syrups are above the rest, Starbucks is junk compared to this place

Love. This. Place. It’s adorable, it’s unique, and they have some awesome Red Bull refreshers perfect for fueling up before I run errands or walk/run at the Ed Listenby Lake trail!
