The Coffee Shop

This is top tier. Opelika gained a jewel when Josh and Keema started with the Coffee Shop. The customer experience I’ve had is great!!! Genuine ppl are hard to come by and this couple is IT. They are awesome. I go everyday for a pick me upper lol. They know me by name and face so they know what I want when I come in. That’s what most ppl love and want with their business. This has saved me most time and money traveling to other coffee shops and I enjoy this one around the corner from my home, in the heart of Downtown Opelika!

This is such a nice little shop in downtown Opelika where there are plenty of good food and bakery options. There was plenty of room and seating, so this isn't a cramped shop by any means. We were fortunate enough to see the new owners and they were so forthcoming with information on their menu, the options, their brewing process, and anything else we wanted to know. I won't post the image I took of the menu since they said it will be changing fairly soon, but the options were plentiful. They were still trying out some different blends, but my wife and I loved everything we tried! She especially loved the "Hustle & Bustle" drink. We'll be returning and making this place part of our weekly routine so we can see this place continue to grow and start to thrive. They've got the drip, cold brew, and espresso process down. As they continue to flesh out their menu options, it'll be a wonderful Saturday morning stop for me and my wife 😁

Some of the best coffee and chai tea we’ve ever had! My husband wasn’t sure about what he ordered, Hustle and Bustle, but he ended up loving it. I got a dirty chai and it was perfect. We would be regulars if we lived closer!

We visited for the first time from out of town on the first day that the new owners had taken over. The drinks we ordered we wonderful, and fairly priced. The owners were the highlight, as we stayed and talked to them for nearly 30 minutes about moving to Opelika. They were generous with telling us all about the area, and you can just tell that they're genuinely kind people. I will surely be back here many times, and I wish them prosperity as they continue their journey with their new coffee shop.

This was our first visit. The new owners were so kind and welcoming! My husband had the Mr. Abel (caramel/vanilla latte), and he LOVED it. I had the Honey Kiss (honey and cinnamon latte) which was not too sweet and not too spicy, but perfectly well balanced. Delicious! I can’t wait to see what amazing food items they come up with in the coming weeks!

Fantastic place for some quiet studying or meeting up with someone! The mocha latte and blueberry muffin were perfect. We'll definitely be back!

The Coffee Shop is a cool, quite place to get a tasty drink. I’m not a coffee drinker but I visit coffee shops for the ice drinks, pastries, and sandwiches. I tried the Sunburst and it was refreshing and delicious! The decor made me want to stay and relax on the sofa but I was only my way to the gym. It was tempting but I carried on.
