Customer service is terrible. Terrible. Coffee was barely drinkable. I keep trying to give them chances. But I think I’m done for good.

I have been in here probably 8 times now and every single time there is one lady in particular that looks like she would rather die than take a coffee order. The coffee is ok at best, there are not new flavors or many options for someone with diabetes, and when you ask for sugar free she looks annoyed. I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt too many times but I will not be back. There are too many other places that treat people nicely and are glad to have business!!

It is my thought that Kohl's is every bit as good as Starbucks when it comes to their frappuccinos it is absolutely delicious and I am so grateful that it is only 5 minutes from my house I would recommend it to anyone who likes coffee or frappuccinos or ice cream for that matter.
My first visit to this establishment was good so I thought why not go back. But to my surprise my second visit was my last visit. I received rude service from the entire staff. The girl that took my order asked did I want my receipt. I told her yes. I held my hand out for the receipt which she in return threw on the counter. I left it there with a note stating that I received awful service.. I work to hard for my coins to accept disrespect from anyone!!
My favorite place in town! I love being able to get a good mocha frappe locally.

We love this place! Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Kid friendly and something for everyone. Coffee, ice cream, milkshakes, sandwiches, wraps, and pastries. Definitely check them out!
