This shop is okay. It seems like they are more focused on flashy-sugary concoctions than a great quality coffee/espresso. I've had some good things here and some not so good. Mid rating
good coffee, food and service
This is a great local coffee spot. The service is great, the coffee is top quality, and the atmosphere is top notch. It’s a vibrant bustling neighborhood coffee shop!
I had no idea this place existed until a friend told me about it. It's exceptionally clean and well-lit, and every person behind the counter has always greeted me (and every customer, for that matter) with a friendly smile. I've tried a different drink every time I've gone, and I have yet to be let down. It's a nice, quiet cafe with plenty of space to sit and relax, read, or set up a laptop and get some work done. I haven't yet tried any of the food offered on the menu, but every time I've been, I've noticed at least one other customer enjoying something on a plate or napkin- so the food's gotta be good.
The baristas here are so kind and creative! I’ve never had a visit I didn’t love.
Soul Caffeine is a great cafe off of Dauphin Street. It is clean with a friend;y staff and laid back vibe.
Best Coffee in Mobile! Better than Carpe Diem by a mile.

Awesome local coffee shop. We were passing thru and stopped. The bagel paninj was great, friendly service. The atmosphere was uplifting, comfortable, and very welcoming. Have a post?it board to purchase items for others and others to use if desired!! Fantastic sharing idea!!

Stopped serving food after 2:00. Had a good oatmilk hazelnut latte. Decent decor.
I always get nervous with multiple options because of quality, but everything was so good! The coffee cake was so moist, I got a egg, goat cheese and basil bagel, SO YUMMY! My husband got the cold brew and I got a latte. The espresso was perfect and the cold brew was smooth!!
Good menu and coffee, SLOW. If you have 15 minutes to wait on your coffee on the way to work then I recommend, otherwise go to Starbucks.
Soul Caffeine is a nice, calm coffee house in midtown mobile. It's always super clean and quiet, and their drink selection is really good. I got a coconut cinnamon latte for breakfast, and it was a great start to my day. Highly recommend.

Cute little place we found on Google Maps. We were passing through Mobile and wanted a coffee. Super nice staff and great coffee. Had an Oreo Frappe, a banana nut muffin, a hot Mistletoe Joe, mocha frappe and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. We also bought a few bags of coffee from Guatemala to take home.
So I came from the country were people obsessed with coffeeshops and I have seen all kinds of them. So my expectations were pretty high. I can tell that This is the best coffeeshop in Mobile (and I visited literally all coffeeshops in the area) It got beautiful interior, delicious drinks and desserts, friendly people and (importantly!) a clean bathroom. You will not regret going there.
Not a true dog friendly coffee shop compared to various places I have traveled solo with 2 dogs. No outside window or service. 3 small tables and a bench that were each full. I was unable to get service even after peeking my head in the door to hopefully to reach a staff member to come outside since I was not allowed to bring dogs in to make order. Great neighborhood but set a bad taste for a solo traveling pet owner wanting coffee.
