The beignets were amazing, and the staff was very friendly. However, there were two restrooms one was locked for some reason, and the other one needed much attention floor was very sticky to the point of unusable.. yes I plan to return back to the establishment.

I hate to give a lower review, but I have to say that I was disappointed with my experience. I truly love beignets, so I was excited to see a restaurant specifically made for beignets while I was in town for a trip. The beignets were a bit more expensive than I was hoping for, but I was willing to pay because of the positive reviews. Unfortunately, there were only two workers working at the time I was there and it was fairly busy. Because of this, it took a very long time for my order (1 order of reg. Size, 1 mini beignet, 1 strawberry frappe). Probably 15-20 minutes. The most disappointing part was that they were probably the worst beignets I've ever had. I had to yank to take a bite because of how tough they were. The minis almost tasted bitter. The regular size were slightly better than the minis. The strawberry frappe was great, but it took the longest to be made. Wish I could've had a better experience because I was excited to make this a regular stop on my trips through Mobile.

Everyone has always said how great beignets are, these here well, to me they taste like funnel cakes in bite sized pieces. I purchased the mini beignets so maybe that was my mistake.

I've been there several times. I like their beignets better than Cafe du Monde in New Orleans. The dipping sauces add extra flavor, but I can eat the without the sauce.

So I eat at the airport Blvd location all the time but could not figure out how to review this location. All I can say is I am highly impressed with the quality and service here. I eat here Monday-Wednesday as well as on fridays for lunch because it’s the perfect distance from my work. I tend to eat at one place ritualistically as I know what I like. Well the team here does to and they have learned my name and order. The quality is that of five guys which I’ll never eat at because of the cost but here I am more than happy with the quality and service for the price. I am always greeted with a smile and a friendly demeanor. I don’t know who needs to hear it but give these employees a round of applause and a bonus because if they treat all their customers as they do me then they should absolutely be rewarded for their efforts. Sincerely, Jonathan hamby.

Exceptional beignets, markedly superior to better-known spots along the Gulf Coast. Delicious syrups and solid coffee, all served up by friendly staff. This is a rarity amongst food venues: they do one thing very well, and at a reasonable price. Do yourself a favour: visit the Mo’ Bay Beignet Co.

Stopped in only for coffee and ordered the pecan prowling iced coffee. Best way to describe the coffee was that it was a little weak on flavor although it could’ve been my mistake for not adding any syrup. It was not bad just not something I would come back for. I did not order any beignets, but we did see them being brought out and they looked amazing.

I've only ever had Beignet's a few times in my life. All of which were in New Orleans. Never really been too impressed with them to be honest. You eat one, maybe you eat two and then you're kind of sick of them. They sell them in 3's too in most places i've been so i usually end up tossing the last one or i eat it and regret it a little bit later. This place though, was really good Beignet's. I just got the basic Beignet, no sauce or anything and i loved them. The vibe is real peaceful inside. Good music with some people stopping in and out. I went later on a Friday night. The main thing here is the coffee tbh. My wife got a coffee, she said it was amazing. I had a sip or two, or three and I fell in love with the coffee here. The little hand washing station in here is pretty cool too because usually after a Beignet you look like you just left a party with Tony Montana and Whitney Houston. So it's probably best to clean that stuff off your hands and clothes. 4 on the vibe, 5 on everything else, you get a 5!

We were on our way home from out of town- made a detour to stop here for some late night beignets to eat and get some to bring home. Website says they close at 11pm so we had time, we thought. got there at 10:07 and the door had a sign that said “closed at 10:00!” Bummer! I was really looking forward to giving this place a try and bringing some home to family to try as well. Not sure if this is normal or not but it was definitely a bummer for us. I’m sure other than that their beignets are great- but we wouldn’t know 🤷🏻‍♀️

The beignets are great as usual. And the seasonal syrups are always fun to try. A great variety of coffee as well. A nice place to grab a snack. Interior is definitely unique, very modern.

The beignets are a returnable treat and the coffee is wonderful. Spice up the seating are to go with the area around the register and it's out of the park home run. We are on vacation and I must recommend this best served morning experience to all first timers. Everyone else just knows it great! Thank you!

The food was alright but left something to be desired. The environment is a little weird for me person all yay least, the interior is kind of a strange design that leads to an odd out of pace feel inside. The food is objectively good and I’ll always support a nice start up. Glad it’s doing well.

A fantastic place to get beignets and an easy walk from downtown hotels. You have two options for beignets. An order of three standard beignets or eight mini-sized ones. I recommend going with the standard size. The larger size seems to give more room for air pockets to form and create a pillow. I’m not sure if the fry longer, but the standard size has a slightly crispier outside. There are also three optional syrups to choose from. If that is how you prefer to dunk your beignet, I recommend the butter cream syrup. Also, do yourself a favor and read the story on the wall about the significance of 451. I won’t spoil it for you.

Best beignets I've ever bought! The coffee is quite nice to! Try the southern pecan in oatmilk cold brew! It's wonderful!
