Upgrading my past review from 2 stars to 4. Had been a while since I’d last been. Service was much quicker this time. Food order was accurate. There was a trainee behind the register but her support team was there quick to help when needed.
Do better. The absolute worst employee experience I have ever had. After reading other reviews, this appears to be an ongoing and unresolved problem. The 2 employees I encountered today had the worst attitudes and terrible customer service skills. I witnessed it not only with myself but with other patrons as well during my brief visit. Do better. Change something. Clearly it’s not working.
Usually don’t review or complain about service cause I’ve been there, I know there is times where social meters just aren’t there. With this place either management is so bad the workers hate working there or they fully expect no tip. All 5 times I’ve been here the last 5-6 months the workers are super rude, like they’re mad you came in at all. Get a different job
Outstanding! Sausage, bacon, egg, and cheese on a jalepeño, cheddar bagel is my new favorite way to start the day!
Last time I went there was a polite employee, but the coffee wasn't good, just milk mostly. This time when asked on the availability of a bagel flavor, the employee was so rude saying "if you don't see it, we don't have it." On top of that the bagel was chewy undercooked and the coffee was still horrible.

Staff is young adults who are more concerned with socializing than making a correct order. The food tastes good but overpriced for constant inconsistency. Biggest complaint is they are not open when they say they are. Showed up at 6am to place an order and by 615 the store was still dark. Lady checking us out was cordial, food prep folks are hit or miss with professionalism and the kitchen staff are the most unpleasant.
Food is good but employee keep making the wrong order. Two wrong orders in the same day. Step up you game and pay attention to people are ordering. Payed for $25 order got $9 worth order. I went and told them and still get the wrong stuff. I ended up taking it and move on. It's just bagels with egg and cheese. Nothing to it. I also with folks that says employee are so rude to customer. That's another observation. Good luck out there! I came here twice and not planning to come back don't recommend it
Love their Rosemary bagel. The staff was less than stellar. The woman who made my bagel waved the bag at me when it was ready.
Not just another bagel place, this place was amazing.
I advise anyone looking for bagels who expects to be treated civilly to find somewhere else. This brand and location have a horrible mobile app and rude service. My wife ordered 60 dollars worth of bagels early in the morning for a noon pickup via the mobile app at 6AM. Upon arrival at the store, the staff told my wife that they didn't have the order. My wife had to pull the prepaid order off of the app to demonstrate it had been placed. The girl then said she could fill most of the order with what they had, with the exception of 2 onion bagels. My wife then said she would like 2 of the five cheese bagels, not knowing that they were an extra dollar. The staff member got snippy and said those are gourmet while snickering at her in front of my wife and another customer. My wife is now embarrassed for not knowing and settled for a cheaper bagel clearly meant for her class and station. We will never use this location again and will likely never order at Bruegger's again. I wouldn't fault the staff for the mobile apps deficiencies but the lack of consideration and horrible attitude of the staff leaves much to be desired. This in response to a problem that was not my wife's fault in any way.
Ordered Sausage Egg and Cheese on Pumpernickel Bagel on the Bruegger App this am. Ordered at 0700, arrived to pick up at 0710. Lights were not on but several employees were inside behind counter prepping to open. I went to door to check sign and supposed to be open by 0700. I would have left but I ALREADY ordered and paid via the app. So I waited by door for 10 minutes (they saw me waiting outside - it was raining...) they were waiting for me to leave lol. Finally someone came to door and told me it would be another "10 minutes or so". I asked if they could just cancel my order since it was already paid for on app...they said "ok", I asked if they needed my name or anything she said "ok" so I gave my name and showed her the app order. She seemed bored and bothered that I was even there. If I get charged via app I will contest it with CC company. Horrible service, unreliable hours, cannot trust using the app (first time I tried the app!). Employees do not open store on time. Zero care for customers.... Update - my CC was indeed charged for the order I never got. THey didnt even bother to cancel the order like they said they would. Nice Job.
Bruegger's has the best chain store bagels.
Outstanding breakfast bagel meal deal, FRESH made bagels there, not sent out or unthawed. Love the customer service.

I ordered a smoked salmon bagel and the salmon wasn’t even on the bagel!
Every time we order ahead, the order isn't even started by time we get there. When we get there and ask about our order, it takes them 20 minutes to make two sandwiches. This is not the fault of the employees, they are swamped and completely overwhelmed. The owners should consider hiring more staff and managers need to streamline their processes.
Pastrami bagel was good but didnt have very much meat and cheese, definitely not worth $10+. Ordered a cinnamon sugar bagel and it was apparently sliced with the same utensil that sliced an everything bagel, so it tasted like a cinnamon sugar garlic onion bagel. Paid $1.69 for cream cheese and there was MAYBE a tablespoon of cream cheese on the bagel. Disappointing.
