Basically a church. Some folks may feel a little out of place here, but the coffee and baked goods were delicious and service was friendly.

The Redbird Coffeehouse is a place with great energy. The owner and staff have a very personal connection with every person that walks through their door. The atmosphere feels welcoming to everyone. It is a great place to study or to even meet your loved ones to catch up on life. Their suggested prices on drink products are great to fit every person’s budget. The coffee flavors are amazing with their house made syrups. I recommend trying their Iced Honey Cinnamon Latte and their Redbird Lemonade. I would definitely recommend going if you are ever in the square of Jacksonville.

Fantastic service! Staff suggested our drinks since we are in town for baseball and they were amazing. We had the iced honey cinnamon and a iced caramel mocha they are just sweet enough with a good coffee flavor. Your company's mission is something to aspire to!

I love my morning coffee...all day long...everyday. In the mornings, I enjoy the flavor and natural qualities which coffee brings to the natural body. The Redbird Coffeehouse experience was more than just pleasant--it was refreshing! I observed the coffee shop had several patrons visiting within. It was neither noisy nor crowded. The baristas welcomed us with a smile, and asked if we need help with their selections on the menu. They explained that they blend their own flavoring syrups and their brew is a Peruvian bean. The coffee flavor was smoothe and robust. I enjoyed the distinct flavor of their brew. They make their own flavor syrups. The sugar free vanilla was delicious and the honey cinnamon was very exciting to taste buds. The wait was less than at the commercial competition coffeehouses. I was pleased with the service and the personnel were very helpful to getting our order placed. I was very appreciative of their time and interest in our selection. The best part of the experience is that I may pay more for my cup of joe from Redbird to help pay for someone's cup who may not be able to afford their cup. In a small town and a college community, this allows 'good Samaritans' the opportunity to benefit others. What a blessing in their pricing structure to give back to their patrons. I am a parent of a college student and will be visiting as often as I am in town.

Wonderful coffee and a wonderful mission. Without a doubt the best coffee in Jacksonville (their kombucha was great too). Great place to meet with others.

Adorable coffee shop in the heart of Jacksonville, Al. The atmosphere is so cozy, the drinks are delicious and the service is always with a smile. They have the most unique system for paying for your coffee. Basically, you decide. If you're a struggling college student and don't have a lot, pay what you can or nothing at all. If you're finances are blessed with overflow, pay more to help pay for that struggling college student. Or, just pay the regular price. It's totally up to you. They also have monthly flavor specials and once they are gone, they are gone so get them while you can.

I stop by here after work once a week, every week, to grab a bag of their signature cardinal blend, which boasts of raspberry jam, brown sugar, and bourbon. The coffee is amazing and I always feel well taken care of. Smiles and good service all around.

Well. Our kids just went in and picked up some of this places delicious coffee and a peanut butter cookie. When they got up to pay, they were told it was already paid for. It seems this place is owned by some folks who love Jesus. I am not saying they are religious or into that sort of thing. I mean they love JESUS. I knew the vibe was different and super cool, their coffee is GREAT, but I didn't know about their "pay it forward" policy. Heck, if you don't want or can't pay for your coffee, you don't have to. If you want to give to others, they will give it to others. So, needless to say, this dad is almost as proud of this place, the staff, and the owners as he is in his beautiful daughters that they blessed today.
