My son and I walked in and were not greeted at all, just stares. They had no other customers in the store. It was raining so I was closing my umbrella and trying off my feet so that we wouldn’t track water through the store, still no greeting just stares. So we left. I refuse to spend my money where I’m not wanted.
AMAZING!!!! Chicken salad sandwich on croissant was DELICIOUS!!! Got the Cuban Latte iced-YUMM!!! Also, you HAVE to try the Bushwacker! Can’t wait to come back!!

Got the bushwhacker. It is the second best coffee I've ever had!! First being blueberry coffee from Maine. I highly recommend this for your morning routine.

I’ve had coffee from this place twice in the same week and both times it was Great! Ordered an iced Carmel macchiato.
Coffee was fantastic, loved their selection with the option of sampling the hot ones. Breakfast burrito was very good as well as the customer service. All around fantastic little shop and I will be returning.
Southern Shores was a pleasure to visit. They grind and roast their own brand of coffee for sale on southernshorescoffee.com Be sure to stop in and ask for Mark, the owner and the operator. Southern hospitality with good coffee feels like home!
Coffee was good and service was quick. Unfortunately the young lady at the register was unfriendly. No smile, no "thanks." The girl making the coffee wasn't any better. Customer service counts for a lot and it was very poor today. I'm local and will not likely visit this place again because there are other welcoming options.

Wow! A Gulf Shores gem! Hidden behind the Donut shop, the best espresso in GS, iced or hot. They know their customers and serve a half dozen brewed beans and flavors in carafes. WiFi password displayed clearly on the counter. And beans by the pound roasted in store. They even have quiche and sandwiches! Great early morning stop any day, even Sunday to prep for the long drive home.
Wonderful place to hang out, surf the web and enjoy amazing coffee! I had the Black and Tan and it was perfect. Grabbed a breakfast bagel sandwich - egg, ham and cheese with an Everything bagel, Yum! Will be back again.
Y'all. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Went in yesterday while on vacation and the amazing girl behind the counter made me a Pumpkin Cake Frappe and - no lie - it was the best coffee and customer service I have ever had. 100/10.
Excellent frappes. The ambiance isn’t as good as other shops for sitting down and writing or working for a while, but the roasting activity is interesting to watch.
Bushwhacker inspired cold brew is amazing. They sell unique flavors of ground coffee which you can make at home or buy online if you’re from out of town. Breakfast sandwiches are also great. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Gulf Shores!!
Used the app to order my sandwich around 10 am for a 1:45 pickup since I was using my lunch hour to drive over to that area and back. Walked in to pick up my pre-ordered and prepaid sandwich only to find it wasn't done. The 2 teen girls looked at each other and said we don't have it, did you call it in? I replied no I used the app. One girl reached over and checked the screen and said oh we don't get notifications hardly ever and when we do it takes like an hour or longer. So they then proceeded to make my sandwich. Four trips to the back for the ingredients and 15 minutes later I had my sandwich. No urgency, no efficiency, not even remotely apologetic. Disappointed

Came for coffee this morning. They have a great variety, cute little shop, and good coffee. This place is a plus for me because they have sugar free flavors, too. Their bushwhacker coffee tastes just like a bushwhacker. Nice staff. We'll be back!
Very friendly coffee shop where they roast their own beans on a custom made roaster. Lots of flavors, free taste testing. The cold brew was extremely smooth and full of flavor. The shop is off the beaten path which is what I have discovered to be the better coffee. If you are filling up at the Shell Gas station, they are just a hop, skip and jump down side road Please hit the like button if you appreciated this review
