I got hot and fresh donuts that melted in my mouth yummy. It's been forever since I had a fresh hot batch
Ordered a dozen glazed, they tasted like cooking oil. The creme filled I ordered was a regular glazed old doughnut that someone injected creme in ...very disappointing
My favorite doughnuts for the past 45 years. Never disappointed

I ordered 2 lemon-filled donuts and iced caramel coffee a few minutes after 7am, and was the only customer in line. It took about 5 minutes to get my order. Both donuts were hard on the outside and tasted stale on the inside, and one of them had hardly any lemon filling. Very disappointing for "hot and fresh" donuts.
Their doughnuts and coffee rivals Dunkin which is my favorite.
Horrible service, rude workers, 9:45 and they had the store completely closed down. Lied to us and said they had no donuts. Only served us after we called them out. Won’t be back….. EVER!!!!

Customer service was top-notch, went thru the drive thru! Everyone I came in contact with was fantastic! They got us through within a reasonable amount of time.

Valentines doughnuts were hard and expensive. To hard to eat so basically a waste of 30 bucks

I like to have a good donut and Krispy Kreme has always been the best but at $15 a dozen is too much for me,being a senior citizen and on a fixed income I can only treat myself to 1 or 2 maybe once or twice a year. ( That's about all I need anyway😃😃a lot of sugar isn't good for me! THEY ARE DELICIOUS!!!!!

One of my family members used to work there and they are incredibly rude ! Talked her like she was nothing , treated her horribly . Looks to me they need better management. It’s sad that she was so uncomfortable to come to work and dreaded it everyday . Do better ! Plain ridiculous
