Love this place!! The coconut mocha is the best. This is one of the few places in the area where you can sit and chat or work and feel welcome.
We went through the drive thru on our way through Foley and grabbed coffee and breakfast. The King latte and Aloha latte were delicious and the conecuh sausage breakfast sliders were awesome! Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area!
I am stopping by the Drowsy Poet coffee shop on my way to my listing appointment! It is a very nice and unique place in Downtown Foley. You can have various pastry, variety of coffee drinks, etc. Customer service is great. All the employees are pleasant and helpful. There were a lot of people watching young lady performing outside. I will recommend Drowsy Poet@Foley Station!
Adorable little coffee shop with outside seating where my pup was welcome! I had a "Poe" and quiche for breakfast. They were both delicious and really hit the spot! I highly recommend The Drowsy Port in Foley, AL
Coffee is very good, my wife's favorite in the area.
Love this place! Unique drinks and all the standards!
Love the people and the coffee here. Poetchino is my favorite coffee to drink in all of Foley.
Stopped in at the start of a long drive home. Was so glad I did! Everything was delicious and our large order was ready fast.
One of the only places in Foley with Nitro Cold brew. Always my go to and the people are so nice here.
I had the sliders with the southwest ranch they were amazing! The white peppermint mocha hit the spot! Thank you DP!
This place is absolutely adorable! The coffee was delicious, and the service superb. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and patient.
Cool name, cool location in an old former gas station, great service, and great coffee! Stopped by here while in the area for Spring Break. Highly recommended!
Fun de core, friendly
Drinks are better than Starbucks!!! Atmosphere is unique & inviting.
I ordered mocha coffee. It was made just right!
Great service and Great coffee. I'm a local and always support our local business! Go there at least once or twice a week.
The coffee is great, nice atmosphere, and good prices!
Love the vibe’ you can buy a cop a cup of coder for 25 cents here!
I am a frequent drive thru customer who religiously orders the same drink. I came yesterday and my drink didn't taste anything like it usually does. I asked the girl working the drive thru to add more flavoring for me thinking it would fix it. It did not. However, later in the morning I went to the business Facebook and messaged them directly to ask if they changed their flavoring brand so I would know what to order next time. Whomever answered me was unknown to me at the time. They were so polite, gave me a gift card for my next order almost instantly sent to my email and apologized on their drive thru's behalf. Come to find out it was the owners, Stacy and Bryan. It is so rare to find business owners who care about their customers and the service/product they provide. I will recommend this company a million times over & will ALWAYS support local business. We all have off days but its what we do to make it right that makes all the difference in return customers. THANK YOU Stacy & Bryan.
EDIT: My initial review below was based on 1 bad experience with Drowsy Poet. I have updated the review as the owner has kindly reached out. My family and I are regular customers for both prepared coffee and buying coffee beans. They really do have excellent espresso and we are normally treated very well. Thank you for your integrity in addressing the issue. We will continue to be customers. I love Drowsy Poets espresso. But manager can you please ask your barista making the drinks Xmas Eve afternoon to not use vulgar language including the F word just because she’s mad and announcing it’s time to close. I had my little kids in there. Also this time all 3 drinks were made incorrectly. Burnt/bitter espresso and counter person not writing order on cup resulting in drinks made wrong. Very disappointed.
