Delicious. I did a double dip. I bought the chololate praline. It was SO. I went back and bought the lighter color and a slice of red velvet cake. Both were delicious. This place is bad for your health 😂 yum!!! Pictures? Ummm well I ate it 😂

Went in for the first time, there was so much to choose from that looked delicious, it was hard to narrow it down. We ended up getting three different pastries: an eclair, Kentucky derby pie, and a paris-brest. They were all absolutely delicious! We cannot wait to go back for more.

I enjoyed looking at the variety of local art displayed. They also have a large selection of gourmet chocolate. Friendly, relaxed environment allows you to take your time and pick the chocolate you want.

Customer service here has definitely went down. Visited on 3/25/23 in the evening they weren’t busy at all it’s ridiculous that you feel rushed when trying to decide what to get and then have to listen to the two women discuss how the coffee for the drinks had been sitting in the Pyrex measuring cup all day.

Terrible customer service. I ordered two hot lattes and they were ice cold. When I let the lady working know, she rudely told me I could use the microwave to heat them up. There is also no direction on where the line starts and ends so we ended up waiting a long time as people would cut in line since no one knew where to go. We have gone several times and this has consistently been an issue

Asked decaf coffee, received overpriced Americanos and not told they were caffeinated. Tossed and turned til the wee hours. Not a kind thing to do!

Been working downtown for years and now that they have moved closer to me it’s my favorite new spot to walk to! Breakfast, lunch and pastries are just as yummy as the chocolates. And coffee! I could eat here every meal of the day! If you haven’t tried them yet, you must. Customer service is just as sweet as everything else of course!

I had the pleasure of visiting this gem this weekend. I had to personally compliment the owner bc the pralines were simply AMAZING! They were creamy and not overly sweet. From one praline maker to another - BRAVO! You won't be disappointed. We will definitely visit again when we return...

We were really disappointed that we weren’t able to try anything. My three year old and I waited to order and kept being skipped. It was a little crazy in there at the time (that’s why we were OK waiting a bit!) but we were there for almost 30 minutes without anyone even looking at us. I tried to stand by the cash register, by the ice cream, and then by the chocolates. There was no method to who they were serving and in what order. We gave up and went elsewhere to get a treat before the Christmas parade began. Maybe we’ll try again, but not a great experience!

I came in on 11/5. I was not greeted at all when I came in, an employee was on the phone. I got gelato and it had ice chunks in it and it is usually pretty smooth so that confused me. I was so excited to eat my peanut butter pie but unfortunately found a hair in it :( The girl who was helping me was nice but I felt very rushed. However, the Belgium chocolate is definitely worth the money.

If you like sweets this is your place. The cheese cake is soo good. Everything thing is so fresh. I haven't tried the hand made candies yet, but the pecan turtle's will be next.

We go for the frozen Gelato, but they also have fresh baked goods, cakes and cookies. Lots of chocolate of every kind. They also have beer and wine. Open until 8 on some nights, it's a great way to finish ( or begin) a visit to downtown Fairhope.

I visited Fairhope Chocolate for the first time today. I will be back! I had such a difficult time deciding what to get since everything looks so delicious and decadent! I decided on the peanut butter pie. It has a nice thick layer of ganache on top and it tastes devine! The peanut butter filling is sweet and creamy and is a perfect complement to the the chocolate. Well done! In addition, the staff was very friendly helpful.
