Great food !!! Simple food fresh. I loved my turkey sandwich. So much to choose from. Service was wonderful
Love coming here, I think the fresh made hamburger buns make the meal (at least with the burger). Everything is always top quality and delicious!
SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I waited over 15 mins to just get my drink. Then waited 20 mins for someone to bring me a togo box that I asked for more than one time. ORDER TAKE OUT IF YOU WANT TO EAT HERE. Dining in is awful now. DO NOT RECOMMEND. and they charge too much for a tiny scoop of chicken salad.
Excellent lunch, the chicken salad sandwich and corn chowder was delightful! It was all the reviews said it would be!
I am definitely a "regular" and I am never disappointed!
We had a managers meeting here and the food and atmosphere was excellent! It was hard to hear, and see the projector screen. That was no fault of The Basket Case.
Very consistent, the food is always good, staff is friendly, usually good service even at a busy lunch run.
Food was delicious especially the Philly steak and cheese. The brisket was good but the Philly was my favorite. I will definitely get the carrot cake muffin again; moist, tasty and the cream in the middle was so good.
I ate here the other day with a business friend who suggested it. I couldn't help but remember the "hot dog man" who'd had a stroke and was forced to retire. He had purchased a modest cart and set up a half block down and across the street from these people. They went to the city to have this handicapped man removed and he was soon gone. Why, I don't know but it was in the Eagle. It's all I could think about as I sat looking out the window wondering why I was there eating overpriced unseasoned finger-food. I much prefer the old man's hot dogs. *2022 UPDATE: ditto!
The food is always fantastic. Highly recommend the bacon burger and for a sweet tooth, get the muffin with cream.
Meal was very good. Hour wait for take out order at lunch.
I love this place! The burgers are the best in town. Friendly workers. And the muffins are to die for! So good! My favorite place for lunch.
Unfortunately, we stopped in for lunch on a day they were unexpectedly slammed. Server was courteous enough to advise us it would be about an hour wait for hot foods. That's good info to have when on lunch break 🙂. We'll go back!
It was a church event but the food was good the cheesecake was the best only down side is we waited like 30 mins for our drinks

I have never been disappointed with my food or my service. I definitely recommend you guys to go and have a delicious lunch. I especially like the chicken salad sandwiche with the Tomato Basil Soup. ❤
Stopped here for a quick lunch and had the blackened chicken pasta which is indeped sppicy but not hot and definitely the best I've ever had! Awesome service and nice atmosphere also added to a terrific dining experience.
Great hamburgers and fries. Service was friendly and attentive. We are regulars because this restaurant always makes for a pleasant lunch. Special buffet on mother's day is great. Hope it comes back soon.
We enjoyed the meal. There were changes to dessert menu which was disappointing. Was not "fine" dinning as before.
