Ordered a large Ice coffee. Would have been perfect if it actually contained ice.
Always great. Love the medium roast with heave cream. The most friendly customer service around.
The other day I made my order and when I got to the window I had realized I had left my card at home and told them to cancel it... instead they said it was on the house and even gave my two pups a pup cup. They are always so sweet whenever we go through. Fantastic costumer service! Mama got her coffee and the pups was satisfied, it was a great day. Thank you scooters!
Peanut crunch Blender had no crunch tasted similar to a frappucino, bacon egg burrito is a frozen microwaved mushy mess good for a year said so right on the package one bite, no good, I tried to give it a second chance and it is literally so disgusting the eggs are like grits almost a sandy texture. No receipt. Nice staff though, did enjoy the single cake bite but thought I was getting two like I'm fairly sure the menu showed it to order.
The coffee is great, but I've never had so much trouble with ordering on an app before, you would think selecting, no whipped cream would be easy to follow right? Apparently not, everytime I select no whipped cream, they add a ton, anytime I select add Carmel, 9 times out of 10 they add chocolate, I used to love going to this place but the app has absolutely ruined my experience with this place, I'm sticking to Starbucks because they always can follow mobile orders unlike Scooters

Too many poor experiences with this place and now they've double charged me for a coffee. So I paid $14 for a coffee that costs $2 to make. Won't be back. Going through my bank to get the charge reversed.
THE SEREVICE WAS FRIENDLY AND FAST. COFFEE WAS GREAT.
We have made it a tradition to go to Scooters after clinicals even when we are in a rush because we can get in and out of the drive thru quickly and always be greeted with the kindest and patient people!

It's always such a smooth and pleasant experience when I come here. They're always consistent. Fast, friendly, fresh, and delicious. Whether it's coffee, shakes, food, etc! I highly recommend.

I would have given 5 stars because the coffee and frappes are awesome, people are friendly. Overall they have a great thing going, BUT, when ordering some tend NOT to listen to order details. ALSO....ATTENTION....WHY WOULD I ORDER A SUGAR FREE CARAMEL FRAPPE AND THEN YOU PILE A TON OF SUGAR ON THE TOP OF IT IN THE FORM OF WHIP?? PLEASE STOP DOING THIS......
Usually very good and I always get extra chocolate but tonight they charged me and it doesn't look like they added it and it doesn't taste much different
