They are always so sweet and welcoming when you walk in the door. The pies are very good and the sausage balls and pig n blankets are just as good! Highly recommend this place!

Not only are his pies amazing, he has the best customer service. We were in from out of town and wanted a peanut butter pie. Mike said he probably couldn’t have one done before we left but just in case he took our number. Sure enough, he had the pie ready before we left town!

Pies by Mike helped to cater breakfast for a conference at Jeff State and the food was fabulous! Their staff had everything ready for pick up, helped me load it in the car and everything was hot and delicious! Thank you!!
Mike and Alice have the best breakfast alternatives and the best pies- so many choices- always looking for ways to improve or find new recipes! They are also the sweetest people on earth!

Mike always greets everyone with a BIG smile. He has something for all sweet lovers. Whether it’s super duper sweet you like, tart, creamy or mild and tropical… He has a flavor for you! I personally do not love “pie”, but I don’t think of his as “pie”, though it is. His is a gooey chocolate chip cookie with a flakey crust, or a gooey fudgy brownie in a flakey crust and so on… “Gooey” means moist and delicious, to me. Also in the mornings and custom orders, you can get quilted pigs. (AKA cocktail size “pigs in a blanket”.) Breakfast pie (AKA Country Folk “Quiche”) You get his yummy buttery flaky crust filled with with egg, cheese and meat. It’s basically a yummy breakfast casserole in crust. Yum! You can get a cup of Joe and breakfast for about $5. Also for those wondering, yes you can get pecan pie for breakfast. That’s me!!!! (Photo is actually my breakfast at 7:30 A.M. protein and carbs in one. Heck yeah let’s get this day going!) He’s not open late so try to swing by before lunch or check the daily hours before driving too far. Mike does accommodate for whole pie purchases and runs specials.
Stopped by for a try & it didn’t disappoint. I got a slice of pecan pie & my husband got Praline mousse. They were both delicious!! Cute establishment!! Super friendly staff & owner! Can’t wait to stop next time.
Today was my first time to visit Pies by Mike! Excellent customer service! I got a whole pecan pie, two slices of Toll house pie, and a T-shirt. He even gave me the last few sausage bites since it was late in the morning! They were still delicious. Everything was so good! I will definitely be back! Thanks PBM.
Driving down to Montgomery and saw a billboard for pies by Mike. I looked at the reviews and it was over 100 people reading at 5.0 stars, so I thought I have to check this out. The pies are well worth the hype! Very cute and clean, small business, coffee shop with pies, snacks, and breakfast quiche pie without crust. I purchased a toll house pie and packed it up to bring home to my husband. I also purchased a small package of pigs in a blanket and sausage bites as a snack for driving. Everything tasted very good. Once I got the pie home to my husband and was able to try it, it was literally full of chocolate chips, some kind of caramel, and it crust, which was decadent an amazing. Since I was traveling in a hurry I didn’t have a chance to take photos of the inside, but there is plenty room to sit down and eat and enjoy a cup of coffee and a pie.
