Awesome beignets
I was turn on to this by my neighbor, who brought me some for a treat. I’ve had lots of beignets because I have a best friend who lives in New Orleans and I’m telling you these are the best beignets I’ve ever had..
Great beignets
Normally really delicious I go often! But tonight the grease was bad and mine had a really burnt taste to them!

I cannot express enough how much I love the Mo’bay Beignet Co! Everytime I walk in the door I am greeted with a smile and feel as if I am apart of the family. I had my birthday party here and I am 21 years old 😂 The people behind the counter truly make this place special. I am willing to spend the extra few dollars on my morning coffee by supporting a local business who knows my name and my face than support a company like Dunkin or Starbucks. Mo’bay will be around Auburn for years & years to come.
Delicious beignets! I thought the cinnamon dipping syrup was amazing. Coffee was fresh and very good too!

Delicious! Beautiful shop, chill vibes with good music and nice people working inside! I've been craving good beignets for a while and this totally hit the spot! I've never heard anything about this spot before, came to Auburn on a day trip with friends from Atlanta and of the few places we were able to stop I'm glad this was one of them!
Phenomenal customer service. Walked in 10 minutes before closing and still served us without mentioning they were closing soon. And the beignets were delicious!
Beignets were delicious! Better than New Irleans! 😋 My toddler and I went for a day date this summer and we started to get them to go, but a table opened up just as were leaving. We sat and enjoyed them right there, which was perfect since they’re best hot!
Quite a wait for food, quite a wait for decaffeinated coffee. Food was good, coffee was OK. Don't really understand why service was so slow, the order had been placed online.
The beignets are super good right when you first get them. They do not taste good if you try to eat later. The fact each sauce is $1 is a bit ridiculous considering you basically need the sauce to eat them.
Ce ne sont pas bons du tout. Les beignets ressemblaient à des céréales Chex, ils étaient si durs et croustillants. Goût de graisse de cuisson au sucre en poudre.

Even in the summertime in a college town, where everything is dead, they go out of their way to please you! I know many people don't think about sauces when it comes to eating beignets. But if you don't try these sauces, you are missing 50% of the experience. 25% is the beignet and the other 25% is walking out in powdered sugar LOL
