The herbal teas are delicious and give a boost you can definitely feel. My wife loves the shakes as a breakfast replacement. The staff always makes sure you leave with something you love

I had NO IDEA what I should get but the owner and his employee were so patient with me and answered all my questions! SO GOOD that I had to get two! PERFECT place to go for meal replacement shake, pre-workout or just a pick me up drink! Super nice people!
To be only one in this town they have to be the best. And they are even if not the only one. They know their products. Although all nutrition shops are pricy
