Waited an additional 15 mins since they sold all the cinnamon pretzels while I was already waiting for my almond pretzel to finish baking. They should have set one aside for my order. They need a better system so prioritize orders. Be ready to wait if you want a pretzel here. My order took 35 mins.
Waited 50 min for a cheese stick and mini hotdogs. I didn’t get them because I asked for a refund since I almost waited an hour. I was the first to order and others were getting their orders first even though they ordered after us. Once i finally asked after waiting 20 min they told me they lost the order. For them to be opened just a couple of days is sad how bad the customer service is. I rather wait to go to the states to get pretzels then go back.
20 minutes to be told they lost our order followed by another 25 minutes of them not making the food. The workers there are incompetent and don't know how to take orders.
Hate to drop negative reviews, but was treated like I didn't exist for a full hour, with dozens served before me with much larger orders. Awesome!
예전에 맛있게 먹던 기억이 있어서 오랜만에 먹었더니 전보다는 별로네요 일단 직원이 무뚝뚝하고 대충 하는듯 주문도 저대로 못듣고 불친절
Been here many many times. Service is always mediocre. Every employee acts unmotivated and bothered to help. Drinks are over priced. $7 for a medium smoothie with boba? Wild. Boba is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s fresh sometimes it tastes expired. Smoothies are good when they get them right, which is the only reason I’ve come back. Service is also extremely slow no matter what time of day you go.
They only take credit cards, but would not take American Express CC or MasterCard debit card. I would suggest updating your forms of payment.

My favorite bubble tea on island. Amazing service and the drinks are always flavorful. If the drink is not to your taste they will kindly remake your drink. Curbside service was quick and very friendly.
돌아다니다가 목말라서 들른 곳이지만 다시는 안갈거에요. 차라리 마트에서 파는 망고주스나 물을 사드세요. 알바생으로 보이는 직원은 판매의 의욕이 없고, 이렇게 손님이 오는걸 귀찮아할거면서 장사는 왜하는지, 또 팁박스는 왜있는지 모르겠음. 괜히 큰사이즈로 시켰다가 돈이 아까워서 혼났음. 맛은? 술에 물탄듯, 물에 술탄듯~ 2%가 부족할때 마시는 느낌이랄까 ...
I visited the mall 2 days after Typhoon Mangkhut went over Guam. I wasn't too surprised that there was a noticeable crowd at the mall on a weekday morning. The morning shift only had 1 person working, but the queue didn't keep him from preparing each order expeditiously while smiling at the customers. Professional staff, and quality product. Give them a chance to prove their bubble tea is just as good as other bubble tea chains.
