S&J Roasters

I was able to sample a new roast by S&J in beta testing. I was pleasantly surprised at how mellow the blend was. It had almost no acidity which I prefer for an afternoon cup. The aroma was robust and yet satiny in quality with a hint of fruity notes. I look forward to more of their custom blends. Watch for their quality beans when they hit the market.
