Visited Ron's Diner because I heard the meatloaf was good (Ordered it for take out). Ordered the local moco and the beef tinaktak. The portion size for both dishes were bountiful. We ate about half and had to have the rest in a to-go box. The food was good except a little on the salty side, subjective to each's taste buds. The atmosphere was friendly. The staff were friendly but could use a little more training on attentiveness and a little professionalism. Other than that it was a good dining experience. I recommend this place to eat if you're ever hungry in the Mangilao area. Ohhh I forgot to mention they have this really good tuba based finadene. 👍. A must try.
【ローカルフードもバーガーも美味しい！接客も素敵】 店内に入ると「2名様ですか〜😊」と日本語で声をかけていただきアレ？と思っていると、なんとここのオーナーの娘さんがハーフ日本人ということで、その娘さん（スタッフさん）が色々と親切にメニューの説明やおすすめメニューを教えてくれました。 どの料理もとても美味しくて、スタッフの人も親切で本当に心が温まりました。 ローカル料理も美味しくて、現地の人で賑わっていました😊 グアム大学の近くにあり、レンタカーで車がある方は是非行ってみてください🚗 またグアムに行った際は行きたいな〜！
First thing you need to know, this is NOT traditional American diner food. It’s a Chamorro diner with traditional Chamorro food, but they do have some burgers and sandwiches. I cannot recommend ordering the local dishes enough! Everything we ate was delicious. I didn’t even really know what I was ordering, but the waitress was very nice and helped me order some food options. A friend and I shared the beef keleguen with corn tatiyas and a beef soup that was a special. The beef keleguen is like a beef ceviche. It was tender and limey and flavor packed and delicious. The corn tatiyas were perfect with the dish. The beef soup tasted a bit bland after eating the super flavorful keleguen, but that was our fault for eating them in the wrong order. We made the mistake so you don’t have to! The beef in the soup was so perfect it was shredded when you went to cut it. The potatoes and bok choy were good in the soup, too. This place is a gem! I can’t wait to go back and eat more local cuisine. Just be aware the parking lot out front is very small so you may need to park on a side street. But it will be worth it!

The food is so good and the service is amazing. It's a very friendly, family type atmosphere. And the cheesecake 😋 was so good my boys were arguing over who'd get the last piece.
Always satisfied when eating here! Please just keep changing menu up to date on Google maps or FB so we can easily see the specials and make ordering a breeze!
Food is good but, pricey for my budget. Place small accommodation of less than 60. Services is good.

こちらのKadon Pikaが食べたくて、グアム大学へ立ち寄る際に訪問。残念ながらお料理の撮影を忘れてしまったのですが、Kadon Pikaは噂通り辛くて最高でした。辛い物が苦手な方にはおススメしません。しかし再訪したいダイナーです。
Lots of love thrown into everything, you can call it comfort food for sure. Would recommend if you don’t care about your cholesterol and/or too lazy to cook your fav Chamorro foods. Garlic Shrimp was to die for. 10/10.
Delicious comfort food after years away from home 💕… Tinaktak was perfect and better than what I was hoping for. The serving size was enough for two people. Looking forward to the next visit :)

The food is so delicious and healthy. I ordered the chicken soup "kadu" and requested for no carb but lots of veggies and chicken and they honored my request. The servers are a real gem, customer service, a true model of what others in the restaurant business should be following. A happy customer, I'll continue to support their business. Biba Ron's Diner!

Modest prices, very caring staff, excellent most delicious CHamoru dishes: Kelaguan with titiyas, and the latiya dessert. 👍😊
