Very warm service and truly excellent coffee
I just tried my first cup this morning, and I'm hooked! This coffee is so perfectly balanced and smooth, I don't think I can look at other coffee beans the same way again. I already have an order in for more! Give it a try...you won't regret it #lokcal
What a great addition to my roaster! The CoPilot creates a great roasting curve without me "hovering" over the temperature control. This allows me to perform other duties while roasting, I only have to check the loft and glance at the roasting progress. Highly recommend!
I just love working with Hermetheus. The owner, Jason Scott, is amazingly kind and insightful. He's built some amazing tech that roasts coffee consistently, which easily exceeds the well-known brands such as Starbucks and Caribou. Next time I'm in Olathe, I'll be swinging by for a visit and to get some beans.
Fantastic coffee from a local company with fast friendly service. You don't get that "over roasted" taste like with some places (*bucks). If you haven't gotten coffee from Hermetheus then you are missing out.
Hermetheus is hands-down the BEST coffee roaster here in Kansas City (and I've tasted my way around town!). Not only are the beans high quality and the taste exceptional, but Jason, the owner, goes above and beyond to provide a great ordering experience. He is incredibly personable, generous, and intentional. I've been so impressed with his communication when ordering and the ways he's thoughtfully given more. For instance, he'll sometimes provide extra beans to try and once he even threw in a free bag of coffee for my students (I'm a teacher). I can't recommend Hermetheus enough and have gotten so many of my friends and colleagues hooked - I will only have GREAT things to say about this coffee supplier!
Some of the best artesian coffee I've ever had! Flavor profiles are amazing and price is really affordable for hand-crafted, small-batch coffee. Really amazing! Highly recommend! Be sure to strike up a conversation with the owner, his passion for and knowledge of coffee is fantastic!
