Everything on their menu is good! Special mention to the breakfast bagels/donuts/croissants! & Their clam chowder is great for kids too!
Place is not the same as before. Shelves are always empty. Place needs an upgrade. Same as Tamauning

This place is filthy, vagrants sit inside and panhandle to customers, staff could care less about providing assistance to customers and don't bother to replenish their stock. Go to Cup and Saucer,Crown Bakery, or Gourmet Guam instead.
Pop's and Cup and Saucer bakeries are closed on Mondays and this was my last resort. Staff were fine but could be friendlier and interested in helping the customers. The selection was quite limited ( it was only 7:20 a.m.) and it didn't appear that there were backup inventory available, and the homeless folks pandering outside or glaring at customers inside really doesn't help business. Quite disappointing !

The best food and even better workers! Service is always amazing! I'm a regular, and these ladies are always welcoming and attentive. Nothing beats Winchell's. Period.
By the time I arrived at 0930 there wasn't much selection to choose from. I was a bit disappointed at what was left in the doughnut case.
Need more fresh donuts.

Delicious Donuts
This use to be the best place for assorted donuts. But now it's harder to find the ones you love. It's either they don't make them or you missed out others have bought them. They don't have in door dinning here any more. But they should up keep it,not stack the booth plastic chairs on tables in the corner. If anything put a rope and say no in door dinning of any sort. Even the big standing ice boxes could have been used to block the left side instead of what looks like a passage to behind the counter. Fix the inside a little why make it look so down and out sketchy of a place that makes and cooks food for us humans to purchase.
Agana branch Winchell's does not anymore sell cakes :(. Today, at lunchtime, I was told that they did not bake fresh eclairs -- but they are selling 1-day old eclairs instead.
Fast service
The hours are great, the food is fine, but the service is Very Slow because there is no way to pre-order your food choices if you are going via their Drive-Thru because their staffing is very poor. All the orders via the Drive-Thru is done via ONE window. I usually turn my car ignition off while I wait.
