Great spot for some good food. Service is fast and friendly. I've never had to make a reservation and there's always been a table.

This place is known for the fried rice dish as well as a good portion of food with decent price (5-3-2023)

Ordered the sweet & sour fish. The sauce was too sour can taste the vinegar. Fish had no flavor, not even salt & pepper. The vegetables were cold. Good portion though. Only comes with plain rice, anything else additional $$.

Service is outstanding. They came to our table frequently to see if we needed coffee refills. Whatever additions we needed or wanted were gladly provided. Food is delicious, fried rice so tasty and the variety of dishes is avaliable.

Fast service, amazing staff and phenomenal food ! I’m not one to usually do reviews but I can’t stop myself on this one. We just wanted a quick basic breakfast while out and about today and we got more than we asked for. The strawberry iced tea was amazing ! The white chocolate iced coffee was perfect. Now when I tell you the whole reason we’re going to become regulars is because of their bacon friend rice with over easy eggs on top, I’m not lying. We could have easily split one order of the fried rice among 4 people. For the price, you get what you pay for. The waitresses were super super nice and professional and accommodated us and our toddler. I can’t talk this place up anymore then I already have. It’s worth the stop!

Amazing food. Would’ve given them 5 stars but the staff didn’t wait for us to leave to clear the table. She walked up and didn’t even say anything as she reached over my friend as he was still eating from his plate to grab the other plates. We would’ve helped by passing her the plates or she could’ve waited until we left. Overall good service.

We tried the Hagatña location. My 1st mistake was to order a strak. My second mistake was thinking it going to be decent. The steak came out quickly and cooked to temperature, but maybe the cook ran out of seasonings. Even after seasoning it myself it still lacked flavor. Lesson learned. Stick to what they are known for.

It took a while to take our orders. Food came very late. Restaurant was not as crowded as it usually is. Food quality has gone down.

What can I say? It’s Shirley’s. If you grew up on Guam, you went here. Even if it was just once. I remember back in the day when the only location was the one in Agana. It was a small place and there was always a wait and always full. This review is specifically for the Agana location, although I’ve been to all locations. Overall, I give this particular location 4 stars (please see below for reason for by overall rating of 3). Not bad, not exceptional, and I will recommend it, especially if you’re looking for a place that has big portions, can accommodate big groups and is generally a decent place to eat. What I love most is that this place does have a big menu, so there are a lot of choices to choose from. So if you and your part have differing tastes, someone will find something that they’d like. I also like that for the times I’ve been here, our servers have been very attentive and kind. Wait time on receiving our orders after it was placed also came in a timely manner. If you’re just visiting and want to try a local spot that is a staple here on Guam, this one of the original places to go. It has a good history of providing our locals with yummy meals for a very long time. Although I’ve had many different kinds of meals here, the photo is of the prawns and steak meal and I substituted the rice for fried rice. This meal was delicious as well as huge! I could only eat half that day. Side note: I’ve been to the other locations and although I’ve never had poor quality food, the service between all locations have been inconsistent. Nothing really to complain about, but mainly having to ask for refills on beverages, or a long time for a server to come out and take orders (both pre and post pandemic, so don’t use lack of employees as the reason for this). I don’t hold this against the company as a whole, which is why I specified that my rating was for my experiences at the Agana location. A 4 for that spot, but a 3 for overall experiences at all locations. Just go

Shirley's Coffee Shop is much much more than a coffee shop. They have all kinds of food and it tastes great. It was my first time here and it won't be my last.

A Guam dining icon. Very popular with families, especially after mass. Great dining options. Make sure to try the local favorites if you're new to the island. Fair prices, generous portions, bottomless cups of coffee and tea, friendly, attentive, and quick service.
