Nice tea, not to much ice which gives you more tea.
This doesn’t involve Agana this is about Mangilao. The drink and service was alright (should be two employees instead of one for faster service). And second which was the worst was they don’t wear gloves 🤮. I saw a lady was the blender and cover with her hands and idk if she washed her hands or not. Management should do something about this. ABOSOLUTELY DISGUSTING
3rd time I’ve ordered from Agana location and customer service gets worse every time. “Pauline” needs to keep her grunting and eye rolls to a minimum. Do better!

Milk tea and boba was ok. The top 10 favorites are not posted to this branch anymore tho. Haven’t been here for 2 years and I can say how much it changed. I like it more before. I was looking forward for the same atmosphere I had before leaving Guam. Current staffs should practice to greet customers and to say “thank you”. Simple thank you have a great impact THB. Also, chatting while working isn’t that bad but maybe they should put it more in place. Like focus on your customers first :) or chat at the back. I really love chatime and I’ve never had the same awkward feeling to the other branches. Hope the service improves overtime in Agana Branch .
I love this place
I like chat time and one of the drinks that cools me down. But i just noticed that everytime around 3pm to 6pm the same lady is always on the counter and always give these disappointed and grumpy vibes. I noticed too that she'll offer some customer a bag but some that asking a bag will be turn around with a NO answer. I know that they are going to bagless or plasticless bag but this just happen today 9Feb22. Overall chat time is good but need more friendly crew. I know everyone is having a tough day but professional and positive character is not that hard to wear and will make your day even better. Hakuna matata♥︎

Bad boba, nothing like the real thing.
I could’ve had a terrible first experience but thanks to Amber she avoided the whole situation by taking my order and changing it to something that I enjoyed thank you Amber for such wonderful good customer service

Many teas, milk teas, frappees, all with Boba if want. Had very good strawberry milk tea.
Caramel frappe was delicious! Something to try for yourself.
Milk tea is fine, but “matcha“ drinks and “brown sugar” drinks are terrible
The thai tea could be better. It's filtered through ice after mixing it with powder and hot water. Not healthy.
I haven't had a bad experience with this place or any other Chatime locations. If it's not a basic pearl milk tea or with grass jelly, then I'm going with my matcha milk tea smoothie 0-25% sugar. This place is my go to for something to sip on to pass the time away and it makes me happy.
Very clean customer service is excellent, & I enjoyed ordering my favorite smoothies 👍
Love getting drinks here! The variety is amazing and I usually get something different everytime it comes to the milk teas.
Service was good. Coffee was average. I wondered why no employee, or manager, ever, took the time to wipe down the disgusting spilled coffee on the walls next to the tables. Also, one thing of curious note, if you're an internet coffee shop, it just kinda makes sense to have outlets for charging at your tables/booths. Employees were very nice though.
