Went to Dededo Chatime to get iced Mocha. The worker asked "Iced mocha, warm mocha.......?" What kind of iced mocha she doesn't understand? So I asked the other worker if she's new. He said it's his supervisor. Wow! A supervisor does not know what iced coffee is in tea/coffee shop?! How is she even a supervisor.
