We used Coffee Experience for our wedding at cocktail hour and it was incredible!! The team was so kind to work with and the coffee was amazing. I definitely recommend Coffee Experience.
Had the Coffee Experience team at my wedding this past week. They were friendly, professional, great communicators, the guests were thrilled and the coffee was delicious!! Highly recommend hiring these folks.
Marty was so great from the very beginning! My (now) husband and I are coffee lovers and knew we wanted a coffee cart at our wedding. We reached out to multiple vendors, but Marty was one of the few willing to meet us in person to discuss what was best for us personally. When we met, Marty was very informative and friendly. We loved his coffee and knew he was the right fit for us! He was quick to answer any questions we had along the way and on the wedding day everything went great. He always has a big smile on his face and the guests loved the coffee! I would highly recommend Marty and the Coffee Experience to anyone looking to add coffee to their event. They provide a great service and make sure you have everything you need!
Simply fantastic! I am not a coffee drinker but my now son-in-law is and really wanted Coffee Experience for his and my daughter's wedding. I don't like giving him credit but he chose the right woman and was right about this, too. Two things I'll mention. Having a coffee bar at a wedding really crosses all age barriers. CE was enjoyed by the bridal party and their friends along with the "older" crowd. Not many things can do that. Second, CE was the signature event for the reception (they also served prior to the chilly outdoor ceremony). It was something unique that was talked about throughout the night. I'll leave with this. The DJ announced "last call" for both CE and then later for the bar. The rush to CE was actually larger. Thank you for everything! I still don't like coffee but I can highly recommend CE.
Loved these folks, Marty and his wife are A1, as is their coffee. My friends and I experienced them at a gorgeous wedding in Weatherford, TX, and they really helped us feel right at home. They talked for a long time about coffee with us and even gave an in depth demonstration of how the machine and process works. They truly are a coffee experience!
These guys catered for my wedding and I could Not have been happier with their service! I didnt Have to worry about a thing! They provided a great service and delicious coffee to all our guests! Will be using them again for future events!
We love our coffee, so it was important to have good coffee for the guests at our wedding. Coffee Experience really delivered! I had several guests tell me how great the coffee was. The pour over service also just adds a nice touch to the overall experience. Marty was extremely communicative and responsive throughout the entire process, every step of the way up until the wedding day. He even threw in tea for no extra charge. I highly recommend hiring Coffee Experience for your event!
Marty is one of the nicest people I've ever met. He came to our church to provide "sipping chocolate" (essentially hot chocolate) to the congregation. Everything is made from scratch from sustainable products. The chocolate was exceptional. I normally don't like hot chocolate, but theirs is great. They make their offerings using European techniques and traditions, which gives it a nice touch. I would recommend them for corporate events or gatherings.
I am so glad I found The Coffee Experience when booking my special birthday event. From the moment I discovered this great company, I have had the BEST experience from start to finish. The entire staff helped me in creating the most unique experience for my guests, and they were by far the biggest hit of the night! If you want a unique experience in setting a cool and very special 'tone' for your next event, definitely book these guys! They are gentlemen and provide Excellent customer service! Marty and David were very easy to work with. Marty communicated with me to let me know what they offer and David finalized the sale and came out to our event. The event was for our apartment complex where my husband and I are a CARES Team. David was very engaging with everyone who stopped by for coffee. He was very friendly, but not in an over-the-top annoying way. Having him there and serving their really yummy coffee made this event very intimate and cozy, which is what we were going for. It was a great time to build community and relationships. Thanks again, guys!

I cannot recommend Coffee Experience enough. The entire team is incredibly helpful, the coffee is delicious, and they absolutely made our event! I had them at my wedding in November, and they were THE HIT of the night. People could not stop talking about how awesome the coffee and the guys were. Marty and everyone were so helpful throughout the planning process, were easily reached, and even did a special coffee toast for us that we wanted to do instead of a first champagne toast. They also did coffee favors for us that were perfect. If you are looking for an amazing coffee vendor (or just an awesome vendor in general), Coffee Experience is it!
