good coffee! Seems like a very small local operation. He had some mechanical issues with his roaster and was awaiting parts. This he communicated to me via text and i was fine with waiting. He delivers personally to local Lexington locations. I enjoy high end coffee from small roasters (kaldi's coffee, Bongo Coffee, Sparrow Coffee) and even though this is not quite as good as those coffee shops it is definitely good quality. I will purchase again.
Let's see. Unusual company and operating procedures. Normally an online roaster ships the same day or the next business day. The ship 6 days after receiving the order. Next, they roast at the same level that they claim the beans will be roasted. They stated LIGHT and the beans were Dark and oily. They don't respond to emails. Sent a total of three and they didn't respond to any of them. Not a single email that I sent was mean spirited. It's been ten days since I since the last one and still no response. My conclusion is that they just don't care and don't need the business. The beans went in the garbage can. Beware. Don't expect too much from BeechCreek and you won't be surprised or disappointed.
