What a hidden gem. Who would have thought that such unique tasting, quality coffee could be found hidden in beautiful Wyoming? There is no place that sells quality coffee like this in the area. The owner roasts his own beans, and truly cares about every nuance of the complexity that coffee can be. You don't have to be a coffee connoisseur to like this place... just someone who enjoys great flavors. I had an oat milk cortado, which was fantastic. I love supporting small local businesses, ESPECIALLY when they are this good! Whether you are passing through or live around town... this coffee cart (located inside Wild Edge print shop) is hands down a must try. Pro tip: the chai tastes like a fluffy warm sweet cloud and their hot chocolate is homemade and not fake-sweet tasting, but rich and dynamic with a hint of cinnamon... YUM! Can't wait to go back when I get the chance! (Options for vegans too! :))
A wonderful combination of incredible espresso, and perfect conversation. Beatific Coffee Roasters leaves you joyfully wanting more, whether it be coffee, chai, or even hot cocoa. Even the grumpy ones walk out the door with a smile.
