Great experience having the Aviator Coffee as part of our of event at Trump International in West Palm Beach. The baristas led by Zach are well trained and professional focused on customer satisfaction and putting out a great product. Highly recommended for any event needs and not only.
We contracted Zach and his team to provide Barista’s and equipment for 4 locations at a golf event and was reliable, responsive and proactive. We will be happy to use him again next time we come to the US
I met Zach and Aviator Coffee at a recent wedding we shot and they helped power me through the night. Super friendly and professional. I’m picky about my coffee as I take it black and all I can say is it was some great tasting coffee!
The short of it is: The product was ok. The customer service was subpar. People enjoyed having a coffee bar. We felt indifferent towards Aviator Coffee. We had Aviator Coffee for our wedding this weekend. We initially spoke with Zach via text messages and phone calls and we were excited to have them be part of our wedding. However, as time came closer till the wedding, there were some issues that arose that spoke to Zach’s lack of attentiveness to detail. Zach did not init run our coffee sleevproofs by us first. Luckily, I consistently asked for the proofs and received a proof just in time for him to correct the spelling of my now husbands name and my preferred name on the cup. An easy fix, but I should not of had to pry for a proof. The best way I can describe Zach and his assistance was that they were both cold. Not rude, but not friendly either. He neither introduced himself to myself or my husband. This was off putting. We also had requested lavender flavoring for drinks. No lavender flavoring was provided. We requested that no tip jar be put out by Aviator Coffee as we wanted the evening to be a treat to our guests. Zach finally obliged after several emails back and forth. I’m not sure if this is the reason why we received subpar service, but if it was, I do not recommend Aviator Coffee. Many guests loved the coffee bar idea, however, all of the guests we have heard from have told us that the customer service was not the “first-class customer service” that Aviator Coffee promises. Frankly, neither Zach or his assistance, who was a teenager, were friendly. Guests also informed us that drinks were not made properly as they were made by Zach’s assistance. At one point, the teenager told one of my guests that he had never made a cappuccino before handing the finish drink to the guest. The drink was terribly wrong. I do not recommend Aviator Coffee. Absolutely loved the customer service and how personalized our experience was. Zach knew our favorite drinks and made it his personal mission to ensure we received our favorite coffee drink throughout the wedding. All of our guests shared that they LOVED the coffee. Would recommend Aviator Coffee Co. in a heartbeat!
We loved having Aviator Coffee Co come out to our school! They were so professional and created a ambience that made our teachers lounge feel like a coffee shop! Coffee tasted great too! 10 out of 10 would recommend!
They catered my cousins wedding. Not an easy feat, 200+ coffee lovers. But coffee quality and customer service were both incredible. Very happy with this service.
