Crowded... but nice setup inside with some indoor and outdoor seating. Our orders were not exactly right. They forgot my whipcream for a Carmel latte, and my friend got some expresso and cream drink, but they forgot to blend in the cream. But my coffee drink was good, and my friend tolerated the black espresso drink. 1st time there. I might go back.

I met a friend for coffee that was coming up from Maryland. The location was good being right off the exit. We were excited to check out the coffee flights advertised! We were not greeted when we came in and were offered no help with the options in ordering our flights. If anything, the employees seemed annoyed that we wanted to place an order. It took 45 minutes to get our order and they were not that busy! No apology or explanation at all. Also, my order was wrong! I didn’t bother asking them to make it right since I didn’t want anymore time wasted! Then, only after having my flight for about 5 minutes, they came to my table to ask for the paddle back! Seriously? I waited 45 minutes only to be rushed? Never again!

Great little coffee shop. Visited a few times so far and I've had great coffee and service each time. I will be back for sure. Great prices as well!

Horrible experience. We waited 45 mins for just two coffees and pastries. My shaken espresso tastes like water. The pastries were as hard as rock. Honestly don’t waste your time and money.

Used to be my go to coffee place until they introduce the coffee flights. Great concept but it’s ruined the service. I kept getting the wrong drinks and when I finally spoke up about it they did give me a gift card so I will be trying again.

The coffee and food were good, and the inside was surprisingly spacious. Unfortunately, the service was pretty terrible. All of the staff looked tired, annoyed, and were generally miserable. It ruined the atmosphere.

As A First Time Buyer, I Witnessed The Most Unprofessional Waiters Ever‼️ What Makes Matters Even Worse, Is The Fact That I Informed The Waiter That I'm New And She Insisted That I Fill Out A Form Which Later Was For A, FLIGHT ORDER...Young Lady Could Of Broke Things Down But...I ASSUME...She Wasn't Properly Trained Which Is Bad For Management/Company. I Only Wanted Was A Cup Of Coffee, Which Still Turned Out Horrible. Please Do Not Go If You're Looking For Sweet Coffee‼️ Yall Need Better Teaching At Making Better Coffee Styles Because They Taste Like Black COFFEE ONLY🤦🏾‍♂️

My whole family loves this place! Right in our neighborhood, friendly, and amazing drinks and food! Love the local art they support and the owners are awesome nice people! Can’t recommend Belmont Bean enough!

My husband and I stopped here for the first time recently for coffee flights, everything we had was delicious! It was hard to pick a favorite. We will be back!

Great atmosphere and a nice variety to choose from. Didn't have to wait long and reasonably priced.
