15:30 in the afternoon and there is no cinnamon rolls, but 3 .... there making more dough in 45 minutes
But they might not even make more cinnamon rolls????? That's what put you on the map! Sadly disappointed.

Very quaint food stop in Williamsport. Unfortunately, a large XFinity building blocks this place from the highway, but once you find it, you'll not be disappointed! Very good food and friendly staff.
