Benchwarmer's Coffee & Doughnuts

Fresh donuts and great services. The coffe is delicious. A cozy place

This place was recommended to me by a friend, but Benchwarmer's seems to have changed their operations. The fried chicken is actually plant based and they no longer use eggs or butter in their batter. I felt disappointed and misled as this wasn't clearly indicated on their website.

Great little place for a coffee. I've picked up fresh donuts for the office from here and they went over very well. All around a good experience whenever I come by.

Very dense donuts. If you like the light and fluffy type then these donuts are not for you. They use real syrup on their maple and bacon donut instead of maple icing.
Small place. Iced coffee is good.

I make it a priority to stop in here every time I return home. The coffee is absolutely delicious and very strong! The espresso is even better. I have to travel far and wide to find coffee this well made. The food is also delicious as you will find some of the most unique made, great tasting doughnuts. Just writing this review makes me hungry for one! I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves a great cup of coffee in a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

Bought 2 dozen donuts after looking at their menu. Their menu said a dozen was 25.00 but when I got there to pay, my total was $91. They said there social media was updated but not there website. Very frustrated as I looked at their website and looked at their menu on there website and nothing was listed there. Why have a website if you're not going to update it. Or someone on the phone could have told me what the total would have been so I could decide whether or not I wanted to order them.

The coffee was freshly ground, the donuts were made to order as we waited. The donuts are HUGE, crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and the toppings were delicious. I got a half dozen not realizing how huge they were, but it was definitely worth it to try such a variety. Unlike any donut I have ever had. The staff was friendly and checked a few times to make sure everything was ok. Definitely will make this a regular spot!

Benchwarmers rips! They’ve been my favorite place to get coffee around Reading for years now. I use their Relentless blend to make my own cold brew at home and it never disappoints. Any time i’m in town I make it a point to stop in and I have yet to be disappointed. Support local coffee!
