Fresh coffee roasted on site and made to order oversized donuts with a variety of toppings and other fun treats. Nitro Cold Brew is delicious.

The smells of this place pretty much hook you as soon as you open the door. The big welcoming smiles of the staff are what pull you in. I very much enjoy watching them put beautiful foam artwork on top of my lattes. The doughnuts are also amazing! Very laid back, this is a great place to step out of the hectic day to day just for a minute and enjoy the calm. Great place to sit and sip by the big front window and "people watch". Oh, have I mentioned the perks? They have a points system, so every so often when you've reached the amount you need, you get a $5 gift card... Which for me is like every other week. Love this place!

The best donuts I've had in PA! They do made to order donuts so everything is warm and fresh. Pricing is totally worth the size and the quality. There are suggestions of favorite combinations on the menu, or the option to make your own. The owner is super nice and roasts the coffee beans in the shop. Wide variety of coffee and espresso drinks. Seriously an awesome spot!

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! Today I tried Benchwarmers for the first time. I ordered a ORGANIC PEACH TEA and some HOME MADE HAND DIPPED AND BATTERED CHICKEN TENDERS THAT WERE EXCELLENT!! Along with HAND CUT FRESH FRENCH FRIES!!! I sat out in the front patio area after I ordered and the food was super hot and fresh. The chicken tenders are completely delicious and have a mild little kick to them. The service was exceptional and they allowed my support animal to accompany me which was a really big deal for me and brought me much joy. He also enjoyed the chicken tenders as any American Bulldog would lol. I highly recommend Benchwarmers for a quick bite and great beverages!! 🍩 🐔 🍵

If you like filled donuts it’s not your place, but everything is made fresh. Unique flavors. Great hot chocolate too!

Great ambiance and view of West Reading. It definitely has the love West Reading vibe going on here as well. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. 👍 I also liked the design of the place and the Italian expresso machine!

Visited Benchwarmers for the first time today, and they were so incredibly nice despite them being super busy with a lot of orders. My donuts were probably the best donuts I've ever had in my life, and I loved my latte. The workers were so friendly, it was nice to see that even during covid-19 times. Great place, great atmosphere. I'll definitely return.

Some o the best doughnuts I've ever had. They also have an exceptional breakfast sandwich on a plain doughnut. You can't go wrong. I high lo y recommend bringing some friends, ordering a bunch of different doughnuts and trying them all!

Not sure what happened today at this place
I got my order around 10:40 am on 04/26/2023 and it’s the worst I’ve gotten
Worst customer service, worst tasting coffee, the whole atmosphere was not good today
I ordered a hot espresso and two iced white mochas with whole milk
These coffees were the most bitter and the espresso tasted burnt
Oh and they forgot one of the iced coffees but my husband didn’t go back for it due to so much frustration
So they overcharge and don’t give you your whole order now ?
I haven’t even tried the two donuts yet I’m not having the best experience not sure if I even want to attempt the food I got
There were two men working today
I was there two days ago the girls made my drink order and a long haired gentlemen made my food
It was fantastic and now today the place got me
Not sure If I’m sold on it anymore
I wanted to contact the store but couldn’t find any contact on the website either

Had a nice time just sitting and waiting for my coffee and donuts. Great little shop with a cool atmosphere. And of course, some of the best donuts around.
