One of my favorite places to eat in State College. Lovely atmosphere, lovely staff, lovely food, and burger Thursdays always deliver!

Vegetarian options easily made vegan. Gluten free and vegetarian options are noted on the menu board. Good, fresh food and excellent service.

Literally the sweetest people. Clean food. Lots of options. Good coffee. Flavored coffee. You always feel like you’re welcomed. Lovely lovely lovely service.

The food was amazing and the smoothies where perfect! We got the bacon chicken ranch panini and it was perfect for a light brunch. The atmosphere was also super cute with multiple handheld games to play while you wait for your food. The only reason I say 4 out of 5 is because it is just a little pricey for the amount of food you get, however everything is super fresh so it's worth it.

Loved it. Food, drinks and service were great. Expected line given how good this place is. But more importantly, the flavor, quality and care was not compromised despite the line. Definitely our family’s go to breakfast place going forward when visiting Penn State. Next on our list is to visit for lunch to try more of the menu.

Stumbled on this spot freshman because of the pretzels and never stopped going back. 5 years later I’m still getting the fresh oven baked pretzels, chipotle bacon egg sandwich, and French toast. I tried to keep this place a secret but it’s already getting too crowded, they deserve all the hype though! It will get busy around noon most days but usually you can find a seat!

Stopped for lunch with my daughter as we were passing through and happy we did. Seems to be owned and operated by Mennonites, all of whom were very pleasant. Cafe was very up to date and clean. My daughter got the Caesar salad with chicken, and I got the Greek salad with chicken at a very reasonable 10.50 each. They also did a great job with my almond milk latte. Place is just off the main drag through State College. Try not to hit the college kids who were everywhere. I would definitely
go out of my way to visit again.

I ate here every day I was in State College. Fresh, healthy, and delicious food. Good coffee with several brews to choose from. Great breakfast menu. The breads are handmade. Try the pretzels! Staff are helpful and flexible with changes you ask for.

I live hours away, but I would drive out here just to be part of the Sower’s environment anytime. The staff are all so kind, the food, coffee and beverages are excellent. It’s definitely worth a try.
