This place is a nice, reasonably priced, hole-in-the-wall style Cafe. Not a lot of seating is the worst part. Food is great. I'd highly recommend stopping by for a quick bite.

The food is delicious and the staff is friendly. They get super busy at lunchtime.

Sowers Café is the friendliest, and kindest places to visit in State College. The people that take care of you at Sowers make me feel like I've come to my friends place for lunch. Not only are they friendly, the food is wonderful too. Home cooked, made from scratch meals make me feel like my best friend has made me a scrumptious meal. There is a lot of love in the meal you receive. I unfortunately havent visited Sowers in a while due to my fear of covid these days and I miss it terribly. I'm moving out of town, Sowers will be the place I miss most. Thank you so much for the years of great food, but first and foremost I will miss coning in for lunch and leaving feeling like everyrhing is o.k in the world because you all are in it.

One of my absolute favorite spots in State College. Love their coffee; they have an excellent selection. Their breakfast sandwiches are delicious and their lunch options are as well! I cannot recommend Sowers Harvest enough!

I love this place. Possibly my favorite stop in State College! The food and beverages are so fresh and so well made! On one visit, I had a chocolate mint frappuccino that had actual fresh mint in it - it was the best chocolate mint beverage I had ever had! I went back the next day and got another one. The customer service is off the charts, just amazing. Everyone there is so kind and very welcoming. I highly recommend that you stop by Sowers Harvest Cafe every chance you get.

My veggie pesto omelette was outstanding. Service is wonderful too. I am giving Sowers just one star because they tolerate the outrageous parking enforcement policy at their otherwise great cafe.

Sowers is in Ambassador Square. Its property owners contract with Walk’s Towing to enforce their private parking meters. Those meters take quarters only—I deposited the two I had. My meter expired at 10:15. The $20 violation I found when I returned to my car at 10:18 was marked 10:16. The fine businesses of Ambassador Sq should not put up with parking being a profit center for the property owner at the expense of their customers.

Incidentally, State College is currently not charging for parking. If you visit Sowers, park in any municipal space for free and walk to Ambassador Sq.

The absolute kindest people with most delicious food! Every time I go, they are joyous and ready to get to know you. Love love love their muffins, smoothies and sandwiches!

Probably the best Cafe I've ever been to. Family owned and operated, everything is made fresh, including the bread. Friendly service and a warm atmosphere. Couldn't ask for more.
