Hidden in the alley directly in front of the Hilton hotel with nice ambiance, fairly good amount of seating, good service... they don't have a grill the eggs are made in the microwave.. which for some reason doesn't sit right with me... even though the eggs did taste fine.. I also got the cheddar chive which was a bit too dense and not as much flavor as I'd like to have.. the cortado was good but not amazing.. I think more so personal taste preference related. Wifi worked without a hiccup. I'd definitely come back.

The coffee shop is located down what seems like an allyway. It's quite a popular spot. During the week parking could be difficult. They have gluten and vegan pastries. They also have very good matcha latte and many different kinds of drinks.

Hidden little gem. Beautiful interior. Bread pudding was amazing. Coffee was strong. Highly recommended. Great place to chill.

I’ve been to this coffee shop many times. The staff is always very helpful and patient. The atmosphere of the shop is very comforting and nice.

A bit slow, but the seasonal rose matcha was very good. They get their cakes and pastries from a local place (Henry’s)

Adezzo comes from the fusion of two Italian words: "Adesso" meaning "in the moment" and "Intermezzo", "a break or intermission"; Adezzo brings a constant reminder to live in the moment.
Quick Fact: Adezzo is owned by two doctors, Drs. Paulino and Jecmenica who met many years ago in a doctor residency program in New York City. In 2010, Dr. Paulino moved to Scranton and three years later came Dr. Jecmenica.
Adezzo is one of my favorite café's hands down. Tucked away in an alleyway, it's one of Scranton's hidden gems. It has a beautiful, industrially artsy look, all while having a warm cozy vibe. This is good place to come a catch up with a friend or get some work done during the week. Many college students come here to study. The environment is very pleasing and sometimes there is live music on the weekends. When the weather is nice out, there is outdoor seating and, at night, Edison-styled string lights keep the atmosphere warm and welcoming. There are hidden selections that are not on the menu such as the London Fog, which I recommend, with honey to give it a sweet spin. The café also serves breakfast and lunch items, including bagels, muffins, soups, salads and sandwiches, as well as cakes and pastries.
If you're new to Scranton or have been here all your life, welcome to "Scranton's Best Kept Secret".

Very nice cafe and location is good too (although yes on a work day parking would be tough)

I've come here quite a few times over the last few years, despite how far I have to drive. You can't beat their cortado or their baked goods. I'm also a huge fan of the macarons. Do yourself a favor and get an Espresso one. Or three. Or maybe a slice of tiramisu? Go ahead. I won't judge you.

Cute indoor space, lovely outdoor patio, fun photos of dogs. Really delicious drip coffee and fine-but-not-better-than-fine cold brew. Plain cream cheese had tiny black specks and tasted like some herb was in it - staff member said there shouldn't be anything in it but all three cream cheeses we ordered were like this.

The staff at Adezzo work hard to make delicious coffee and tea creations and provide some of the best pastries in Scranton, as well as savory options. The relaxing atmosphere of Adezzo, with high ceilings and brick walls, makes it a great workspace, either inside or outside on the patio. Their open mic nights and live music and art on First Friday make the cafe part of Scranton’s culture as well. While catering to a younger crowd, Adezzo provides a great atmosphere to enjoy coffee with friends or get some work done for everyone.
