I want to like this little shop!

I had an iced americano (and the coffee itself *was* tasty) despite the fact that I ordered a cold brew. That’s fine. There was certainly not enough ice however. Very poorly crafted.

This was *after* the barista was suuuper chippy and very far from friendly. She continually exclaimed that the shop was under new management. I had my coffee passport but was equipped to buy something. I always do with my coffee passport - I get the free coffee and a snack or treat or something fun. She said management wasn’t around and I can’t use it. Then said I could but she had to text management ... she sent a pic of my passport and never followed up. It was confusing. She made me feel like a burden and really bad. She was rude and I really didn’t enjoy
my time spent there.

It's a coffee shop... They have great coffee and coffee related products. I wouldn't go there for a meal. I would go there for a good cup of coffee in a nice friendly environment. It's a nice place with outdoor seating.

Their coffee is great. Their customer service needs improvement. The ads spread out on the counter was stuck together like they had spilled coffee on top of it! Looks like a little cleaning on the tables & near where their straws & sugar are could use some cleaning & those wooden straws have to go!

I have been to Delanie's many times. Overall, its a pretty great coffee shop but I didn't have the best experience the most recent time I went. The cashier was belittling a girl who I presumed had just started working there. He was short tempered and obviously mad. I got a cortado and my partner got a bagel and an americano. The bagel and americano came out fine but the cortado never came so we asked the barista and she apologized. She said she was never told the order by the cashier because he doesn't like her. I get not liking all your coworkers but its a little unacceptable when it leaks into the overall performance of an establishment. He took his anger out on her and the customers. Rude service.

Awesome staff, coffee, and we stayed for lunch and can only say amazing things about the chicken salad sandwich!

If you’re here to work, WiFi and seating is very abundant. We came here as part of the coffee passport program and will definitely be back as a study destination!

Great coffee, great food, and great staff. The coffeeshop has an unusual setup: the back part of the space is an elevated loft. One of those garage-door-things in the front allows for open air, as do a handful of outdoor tables.

The most notable feature is definitely the art. Nearly every inch of wall is covered with the work of local artists, with prices and artist info next to them. The pieces rotate regularly, although I'm sure exactly how often.

There is a sort of grungy feel to parts of it, but that seems to be out of style rather than neglect.

The good and the bad; the good for me was the breakfast sandwich which was excellent and the very practical way of ordering it, very efficient!
Also the ambiance was very peaceful and confortable.
The bad was the coffee. I’m from Puerto Rico and i’m used to really good coffee and this was not to my standards. Visually it was nice but ...my daughter ordered a cappuccino which tasted like milk and my double espresso was not good.
Also, neither of our coffee‘s were hot, they were just warm and that is not ok.
Overall it’s a nice place with good food but needs to pay more attention to the coffee.
I will come back and order juice instead.

Amazing atmosphere and a great place to get a coffee and study. Just make sure to get here early because once the seats are full they stay that way

My favorite coffee shop in Pittsburgh. I haven't eaten any of their food but I love their coffee. This place is awesome for studying, working, or meetings assuming you can find a seat!

Funky alternative coffee. Fantastically friendly staff. Highly recommend!
