Alchemy Coffee

Ordered two straight espressos for me and my wife. The coffee was good, but I couldn’t glean any information about the beans being used. The shots were served in disposable 8oz cups, which I think is understandable as convenience, but not ideal for a shot of espresso, which would be better in a small porcelain cup of 2-3oz.

Some of the best coffee I've had in a while. I wish I lived/worked closer so I could get this every day before work because this latte really made my day. I ordered the vanilla bean add on and it wasn't just a flavored syrup, it had real vanilla. Staff was friendly, the shop was clean and modern looking with relaxing music playing. The croissant I had was fresh tasting and well made. A really lovely experience all around. Honestly, no complaints.

Full disclosure- I live around the block, but this is one of my all time favorite coffee shops. While they have several tables, you will be lucky if one is open.

Their flavored syrups are made in house and truly are special. The vanilla latte is my all time favorite latte- you can even see flecks of vanilla beans they use to make the syrup.

Amazing place! Great coffee, great baristas which are incredibly friendly - this is my new go to Philly coffee shop! A lot of people work from here and it’s great for coworking.

I drove by here and decided to pop in when I had time. And I’m very glad I did. The baristas were so polite, welcoming, and gave great conversation while making my drink. The iced vanilla latte was delish! I cannot wait to be back.

Neat and sleek coffee shop. Good coffee. Laptop-friendly. Lots of space to sit, charge your phone etc.,

Wow !.small place biggg attitude. the woman with an accent working there has the biggest attitude one can ever imagine!

Minimalistic? Are you kidding? Minimal customer service and maximum attitude is what this place is!

Don’t ruin your mood! It is toxic! Stay away!

What a GORGEOUS café just a short walk from Rittenhouse square. I love their selection of herbal teas and the mint cold brew is incredible! I picked up a bag of their house blend coffee, CBD balm and pre roll and a dope t-shirt with their logo. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable about coffee and CBD and I can't wait to try more of their menu.

So glad to have Alchemy in the neighborhood. Friendly staff, beautiful space, and most importantly: damn good coffee. This is quickly becoming my go to spot. Also, they have their own top of the line CBD products that are all locally sourced, GMO and pesticide free. Other important side note: I’m a bit of a connoisseur when it comes to almond croissants and theirs are the best around.

Conflicted on this shop. Very kind workers and nice lighting but the decor feels barren rather than minimalistic and mostly importantly the drip coffee I got was plain and unremarkable. I wish there were more nondairy milk options and more types of sweeteners out on the table.
