Poor customer service, went in at 6PM they were out of donuts (they buy from Krispy Kreme distribution)...had an oddball assortment left. Asked if they could give me a break given they didn't even have a full dozen, answer was "I don't think I can do that", I asked who could..."well, my manager isn't here". Lots of excuses, not many solutions. Cashier wanted to get back to bantering with the large group of (non customer) friends who were hanging out.

Save your money and drive up the road to Dunkin Donuts.

Always a staple in our Saturday morning trips to the hockey rink. Staff is always pleasant, coffee is good, donuts are fresh and seating area is very comfortable.

Have been a customer for years. Excellent coffee, service and food. All very nice people that many of us would do anything for.

Lots of unique tea, chai, hot chocolate, and steamed milk options for those of us who are not coffee drinkers. They sell a good variety of Krispy Kreme donuts, about 10 cents cheaper each than the Krispy Kreme shops. The drinks and sandwiches are all reasonably priced as well.

Good food, friendly staff, a little pricey.

The new building is really nice and the food is still delicious. The owners and the staff are always great and friendly.

Coffee is so good here. I get a latte every time. Employees are great, and they have Krispy Kreme doughnuts.
