Fresh Grounds Coffeehouse & Cafe

This place is absolutely adorable! I come up from Pittsburgh a couple times a week for work and I was so excited to find this coffee shop !!! Good coffee and great choices ! Also very friendly staff ! So happy to have found this place!!!

Stopped to see the art display of work from people living in the local retirement community called St. Paul's. The different types of woodwork, embroidery and needlepoint, painting, etc. was very beautiful! I also tried a coffee, which was good. Very charming little place in a cute small town. A few doors down the hardware store has a very unique little fold up organ used by traveling missionaries. Everyone at the coffeehouse was very sweet.

Live music and coffee, it's great! Exposed brickwork and the sounds of cappuccinos being made, it's a good place to read, work or socialize.

Great variety of delicious drinks. Atmosphere is laid back. I enjoy coming here to get work done, as well as bringing my children. Highly recommend!

Fresh ground is a great place to get coffee! They have monthly specials which taste great! The staff are friendly and helpful.
If you are in Greenville you should stop in; you won't be disappointed.

One of the best coffee shops in the country. Kinda and helpful staff. Top-quality drinks and food items. All real ingredients. Approximately 1000 times better than Starbucks. Hours can be limited so make sure there open.

I love coming here when I need my weekly ( or daily) pick me up! Volunteers are SO sweet and just so relatable and helpful when you’re looking to try something new! Always very clean and neat, and they have special events every so often, choirs, small businesses etc!

Coffee is delicious! they flavored syrups are so good! I’ve had both hot and iced. Definitely going to be an establishment I will be frequenting!

Best place for miles to get a great coffee or latte. Staff was a little underwhelming with knowledge and skill but it is still a fantastic place overall. Love the environment.
Edit: after going there for a while, I noticed several issues. Cobwebs in corners, seats were worn in and look like they haven't been cleaned in a while. Bob was rude and should not be working the register if he don't have people skills or good hearing. He had no idea what anything I ordered was. I will be finding a new café unfortunately. The drinks weren't too bad but this place has gone downhill a bit from when I first went.
2nd edit: I waited a while before heading back but I am currently sitting here in freshgrounds and big Jim was polite and funny. Suzy and staff was a joy to be around and they made the drinks very good. I still have a bit of an issue with the worn-in seats but the cobwebs are now gone and everything was really nice. Bumping back up to 4 stars :)
