Lots of goodies. The white chocolate lemon blueberry cookie was delicious!

Generally always have a very positive experience here.

However, in one of my more recent experiences, I made a complaint about one of the employees and although I appreciate the change in policy(I was asked what I ordered and one of the employees stopped what they were doing to make sure I wasn't lying about my order, so now they are going to write the order down), it did nothing to address the employee themselves or my experience in the store I frequently enjoy.

Known for their melt-in-your-mouth handmade sponge candies, this family owned shop is a must if you're in the area. Stop in the cafe for some delicious homemade ice cream or coconut macaroon and take an Instagram-worthy pic outside near the mural by the piazza. Perfect spot to pick up a hostess gift as well.

Amazing establishment I’ll admit, however, Absolutely everything is overpriced. Also, I have PTSD after working here. The majority of staff was decent but the owner, treated his staff TERRIBLY! Condescending and verbally abusive. This individual is highly undeserving of his staff and success. I hope he changes his ways. ):

Romolos' chocolate is world-class! It is so hard to avoid stopping in when I am in the vicinity of the beautiful store. The employees are always professionally presented and service-oriented, two qualities that are not common these days. I appreciate the lengths this business goes to create an enjoyable experience for families and friends by just purchasing a treat.

For me, it's an Easter tradition. I enjoy the chaos of the store.
They have a very nice store and a nice little coffee/ice cream shop. This year my family enjoyed ice cream.
The employees were doing very well.
I wish they could bring back summer jazz. Maybe work with some local group or something to help pay for it.

This place was fantastic. Huge selection of chocolate,candy and fudge. The chocolate is so much better, creamy. This is by far the best chocolate I have ever had, beats Sarris and Pollacks! Will definitely go back! I highly recommend! 5 stars!

This is a beautiful chocolate factory. The prices are extremely fair and there are so many different kinds of chocolates to buy in gift form or for yourself! There is also a gift shop inside that offers non-food gifts, and the factory offers shakes and ice cream as well. There is a gorgeous patio for outdoor dining so you can spend time with friends and family during fair weather.
